Several greenhouses full of amazing plants to explore. You can also visit our farm to see chickens, pigs, sheep, goats and dogs. The Sage is located on 60 acres of wooded land, with hiking only minutes from the Appalachian Trail and 6 miles from Hot Springs, NC . It’s in a spectacular and unique location with easy road access.

Easy access to private shower & toilet house, fully lined in aromatic eastern red cedar. Enjoy the view of a 100 year old barn from your covered porch. The Water Wheel is our place to unplug and detox from the hustle and bustle of life. When we are not here enjoying this space we want to share it with you. Imagine yourself lounging by our fire pit with a local brew or taking in the mountain views from the hot tub then creating an amazing meal. Detox in our cedar sauna after a long hike. Or if you are exploring the area then it is the perfect home base for adventures in the mountains or to Asheville for breweries, dining or shopping.

Mountain Shack with friendly animals and a view!

Hey Y'all!, we are offering a small shack (which was scheduled to be a portion our Boy Barn). It's 10x12 feet, furnished with a daybed with two twin mattresses. There is a retro DVD TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate. Up our driveway and behind our home, you have use of an outdoor half bath and internet access. Behind the shack you have a private bonfire, hammock deck, a composting toilet and a covered area with a clay grill in an outdoor cooking area.
