Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in French Broad River

Everything was perfect and the house was so cool! It had everything we needed. We enjoyed our short stay and hope to be back again some day soon.

Awesome oasis in tree-covered canopy! We stayed at the airstream more then we ventured out! We loved the outdoor area and even took a nap on the sofa! We took numerous dips in the hot tub and grilled out! We loved the tree-lighted areas indoors and very detail has been thought out! Thank you for a wonderful getaway and would definitely recommend to others! Loved tubing with Brevard Tubing .3 miles away! Hiked to waterfalls in DuPont State Park. Well worth it! Beautiful! Walked in downtown Brevard to shop. A must!

We had a lovely stay - the place is so cute, clean, and has everything. I truly felt like I was going into a spa, it smelled clean and fresh plus had fun amenities. Would love to go back!

Great place with all the amenities exactly as described. Plenty of comfort items such as coffee, snacks, and even some fresh cookies. We enjoyed the place and would recommend to anyone visiting Greenville that wants a relaxing space with plenty of privacy.

The place was just as described. The downtown area was easily walkable or a quick drive away . Area shops were very nice with some great food options. We at Packs Tavern in downtown and Vinny’s which was a short drive - both were great. We would recommend a trip to Sierra Nevada Brewery - the tour was awesome and staff were friendly and informative. We did not get a chance to use the hot tub due to the rain but the outside area is very welcoming and peaceful. We would certainly stay here again and recommend to friends. Thank you for all the “extras” to make us feel more at home and for the welcome bottle of wine which was a really nice touch!

Great place to stay, Deborah had good communication! Beds were comfortable and great location for outdoor activities near by. Canton within 15 min drive, everything you would want: grocrey, restaurants and good coffee shop!

We absolutely loved our stay! This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The space was even more beautiful in person—cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The setting was peaceful and private, but still close enough to Asheville to explore easily. We especially appreciated the clear communication, comfy bed, and how well-stocked everything was. We left feeling relaxed, inspired, and so grateful for the peaceful atmosphere this space provided. It made our birthday weekend extra special. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet mountain escape!

Kathy and Kaycie's place was immaculate. It was in a very private locarion and the view was amazing. They made sure to give clear directions and was very commucative prior to our stay. I would highly recommend booking with them if you want a relaxing getaway and amazing hosts.

We spent 3 days at Dawn and Ron’s Asheville home. Their space was very clean, smelled nice, and had every convenience you could possibly need. Unfortunately it was rainy during our trip so we didn’t take advantage of the outdoor amenities like the patio/grill or the goats, but they did greet us with wagging tails as we came and went! Loved the waffle bar and complimentary coffee - such nice touches that made breakfast a breeze! Also loved that they provided toiletries and washer/dryer. This space provided all the comforts of home, about 15 minutes to all the AVL activities. Dawn and Ron were very communicative and kind hosts. Would recommend their home to anyone!

This is my second time staying at this fantastic spot, and it was just as great as the first. They are wonderful hosts, the place is a real hidden gem, and the community has so much to offer. It certainly won't be my last time here!

This was the most well thought out and equipped Airbnb that we have ever stayed at! Don thought of everything you could possibly need or want! Water bottles on every table, snacks and an amazing coffee bar, an LED full length mirror in both bedrooms! A well stocked bathroom with everything you could need, just in case you forgot something. Corn hole, board games, glow in the dark gold putting green, jacuzzi and don't get me started on that breathtaking view! Truly, the most well planned Airbnb! This was the perfect location to bring our daughter up for WCU orientation. I'm so glad I already booked for her move in weekend in August! We will always stay here, if it's available, when we come and visit her at school. Such a perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Asheville, and we're very comfortable in this peaceful setting. Kelle and Max have created a beautiful space to stay. It's very clean, well equipped, and all directions and instructions clear and helpful. Kelle is a famous communicator, and quick to respond. Our family is always grateful to stay at Mary Ann's beautiful property! We've stayed here multiple times now and hope to continue to do so whenever our travels take us through the Asheville area. This property is truly a gem - peaceful, beautiful mountain view, a tree swing, lots of greenspace for the kiddos to run around outside after long car rides, comfortable big beds, a lovely bathroom, cozy living room and lots of much appreciated extras in the kitchen like KCups and creamers, pop tarts, waffles, water and juice. And if you ever need anything, Mary Ann is super responsive. It truly feels like a respite for us along long family trips, like getting to stop at a home away from home. We love this special place! We spent Memorial Day weekend at Julia and Simon’s place. It was very easy to find, and the place was just as described. The view from the deck is picturesque, and we were lucky to watch a beautiful sunset on our first night. The place is a comfortable place to relax after taking in the sites and activities in the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again!

A great find close to everything in Gatlinburg! Comfortable beds, quiet at night. Temperature was perfect as they had two AC units. Free, easy parking. The unit was stylishly decorated and ww loved the full size mirrors! We visited Anakeesta and Skypark all in one day as well as the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.

First time visit to Asheville and we couldn’t have asked for, and received, a more perfect place to see it all. Once we parked our car we never saw it again, other than a day visit to the Biltmore estate. Otherwise our entire 4 night stay in this property allowed us to experience Asheville on foot, right outside our door. Highly recommend this place!!

This was a really great spot if you like to be right at the action of Gatlinburg! very clean and quiet! we will definitely be back!

The space was clean and the hosts had clear instructions. The bed was very comfortable. Nice location as well; you can walk to restaurants in Gatlinburg.

The views are stunning. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. So much that we stayed at the condo one day. We played the games and enjoyed the beauty of the mountains. The condo is extremely well stocked. Much better than others that I’ve stayed in. We LOVED the coffee bar. We did have 2 sightings of bears while there! Apparently one took a walk around my car.
