Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und gut informiert. Dss Appartement besitzt einen schönen Balkon mit gutem Sonnenschutz und Blick auf das Meer. Ein Parkplatz im Parkhaus war im Preis inbegriffen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Dit is een pareltje! En eerlijk, we hadden echt geen zin om weg te gaan en dat zegt genoeg. De accommodatie ligt op een afgesloten terrein, waar alleen de bewoners naar binnen kunnen middels een poort. Het appartement is exact zoals omschreven en de rust van het kabbelende water in het zwembad maakt dat je het idee hebt van de wereld te zijn. Heerlijk! Het zwembad is alleen voor de eigenaren en jou als huurder. Catherine en haar dochter doen er alles aan om het naar de zin te maken, waarbij ze je privacy respecteren. Echt een voorbeeld hoe fijn dat kan zijn. Ruim, rust en genieten. Super!

Wir haben Anfang Mai ein paar Tage in Carqueiranne verbracht. Stephane und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich Empfangen. Das Apartment ist ein wahres Refugium. Wunderschön, umgeben von Natur und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

We would not hesitate to recommend this unique place. We stayed a week and enjoyed the local Marina, St Raphael, Agay, Frejus, and St Tropez (by boat from Saint Maxime, thanks Marie Paule for the great advice!). The weather was HOT every day so the aircon and the little pool in the garden was great. All in all a perfect and very happy stay. Thank you Marie Paule and Jean Claude, you are wonderful hosts. I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

First and foremost Philippe was an excellent host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. He was always so quick to respond anytime we had questions, always offering suggestions and tips. He provided in-depth recommendations of restaurants, activities, and various methods of transportation. His knowledge of Villefranche and the surrounding areas helped us narrow down which spots were worth visiting. As for the guest suite itself, the inside was extremely clean and tasteful. The location is wonderful- being close to the village without actually being in the village. Overall, we were beyond pleased with our stay and would 100% recommend.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Sabrina. L’hôte est au petit soin pour vous accueillir et vous transmet toutes les informations en amont quant à la récupération et des clés etc. Le logement est très bien placé à environ 10-15min des centres villes de frejus et saint Raphaël. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement et si je dois me rendre de nouveau à saint Raphaël ça sera dans ce logement sans faute !

Lovely apartment and great space for a couple. Extremely walkable for shops and restaurants. Very close walk to the beach as well. Would highly recommend.

Séjour de deux semaines dans cet appartement cosy et correspondant tout à fait à la description, à deux pas du port , des criques et des restaurants ( tout peut se faire à pied ) Un petit bémol sur les persiennes trop vétustes à mon goût, l’absence de store contre le soleil pour un balcon très ensoleillé l’après midi ( à moins que je n’ai pas su le trouver !) rendant cet espace extérieur nécessaire car l’appartement est petit, pratiquement inutilisable l’après midi..( dommage !) Au total j’ai passé un bon séjour de deux semaines dans l’appartement de Laurent

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.

Wonderful apartment directly overlooking the Mediterranean on the Promenade de Anglais. Outstanding location for exploring Nice and environs. Transit options (bus and tram) just steps away. Many restaurants within an easy 10-15 minute walk. Apartment is ideal for a couple. Kitchen is well equipped and modern which makes breakfast easy (top notch Nespresso machine) and dining-in an option if you wish. You’re less than 50 meters from the beach, directly across the Promenade. Be aware that Promenade de Anglais is a popular street ~ so you will get some traffic noise. But the view of the Mediterranean and the sea breeze top any noise issues. If our travels lead back to Nice we will definitely book again.

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist absolut TOP! Man ist direkt am Strand (das Meer ist dort herrlich!) und bei den umliegenden Märkten konnten wir wunderbare Zutaten einkaufen um zwischendurch auch selbst zu kochen. Die Kommunikation mit Yaëlle lief einwandfrei und sie hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Not only is Catherine extremely kind and patient, but her place is cozy and clean, just like the pictures. Checking in and out was super easy thanks to Catherine’s flexibility. She also responded very timely and thoroughly to all messages. We would love to come back.

Our stay with Roland and Nadine was truly wonderful. The key pickup via the lockbox was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The house is a dream come true. Nestled in a private, quiet residential area on a hill, it offers breathtaking views over the bay, all the way to St. Tropez. Waking up to that view each morning was simply unforgettable. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location is perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches just minutes away. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing yet unforgettable holiday on the Côte d’Azur. Roland and Nadine went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Nous avions prévu de venir entre 18h et 19h, mais avec deux enfants en bas âge, nous avons été confrontés à de nombreux imprévus et malheureusement, nous avons été en retard de 3 heures. Wonderful property, beautiful location, incredible view. This property was everything I had hoped for. Terrific spot right on the water, walkable beach clubs, shops, restaurants. The host was very responsive and everything in the apartment was perfect. Hoping to rent this again next year!

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage. Angenehme Atmosphäre in Haus und Garten. Durch die zwei Stockwerke können unterschiedliche Perspektiven auf das Meer eingenommen werden. Keine Geräusche der nahen Küstenstrasse. Der Esstisch im Innenraum ähnelt einem Campingtisch (wackelt), ebenso die dazugehörenden Barhocker.

Bonjour, Super séjour , l’appartement est idéalement placé, beau et propre. Plage et commerces à proximité immédiate . Laurence, nous a réservé un bel accueil, les consignes était claires et fluides. Parfait !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jean-Christophe. La maison dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin pour profiter des vacances. Je recommande à 100%.

Stayed here in difficult circumstances as my mother had just died and I came to make arrangements. This apartment was such a welcoming, bright, relaxing, well stocked, comfortable place to replenish in. It is modern, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook. Local groceries, restaurants and the beach all within very short walking distance. The owners live downstairs and are the nicest and helpful couple ever. They will also give you one of their parking spots if you have a car. One of the best Airbnb stays. I would recommend it to couples as well as families.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!
