This property is absolutely lovely, featuring a stunning garden that enhances its charm. It's peacefully nestled in a quiet area, providing a serene and calming atmosphere. Truly a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

The absolute best spot in all of old town Antibes! Was perfect for my family of 4. My older boy slept in the lower floor leaving my younger son with an entire room to himself! We each had our own bathroom too! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and excellent location to all the restaurants and market! Would definitely stay again if back in Antibes! Thank you Ivan!

We would not hesitate to recommend this unique place. We stayed a week and enjoyed the local Marina, St Raphael, Agay, Frejus, and St Tropez (by boat from Saint Maxime, thanks Marie Paule for the great advice!). The weather was HOT every day so the aircon and the little pool in the garden was great. All in all a perfect and very happy stay. Thank you Marie Paule and Jean Claude, you are wonderful hosts. Loved our stay here. The garden is the most beautiful with views overlooking the sea. The pollinators were so happy and busy buzzing while we swam in the pool. The decor of the interior was very charming and the AC worked splendidly! The kids loved the secret path to the garden from their room.

It’s rare that somewhere that looks amazing lives up to the hype! Maison Regina does! Big time! From being met at our cab there ( you’ll be walking in if it’s after 1pm as pedestrianised) by the managing agent Alice, and given the lowdown on how everything worked, to the utter fabulousness of our home for the next 2 weeks. The house was larger than we expected, those town houses look teeny from outside, to the appointments-strong hot showers, tv that’s a moving picture gallery, nespresso machine so good I’ve just bought the same model for my home, to the aircon that I’m not normally a fan of but a bonus in hot weather. The roof terrace is the star! We had meals there looking out to sea at the moored superyachts and sailing regattas from morn to dusk, counted the EasyJet planes coming in every few minutes ( not a disruptive noise) and gave names to the friendly local seagulls. Magic! And 200 restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk.

The villa was perfect - it was beautiful (exactly like the photos), well equip with everything we needed, great location (we loved Saint maxime but also equally easy to get an uber to St Tropez). Herve and Nathalie were very responsive and flexible with check in times. Couldn’t recommend more!

Charlotte-Vero is the perfect super host. She was very responsive and ensured we were satisfied. Our stay was amazing, perfect for our holiday. We will return; thank you Charlotte-Vero!

we found the place felt like it was right out of a movie set from somewhere exotic. beautiful pool and surroundings. was perfect for 4 kids and 2 adults and the beach was also within walking range. thank you Carolane and Jerome for the best experience of the South of France.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

A great villa – perfectly equipped and very well maintained! We spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is nothing missing: The rooms are spacious, the outdoor area invites you to relax. Especially nice: The pool is max. 1.60 m deep – ideal for adults and children. The villa has three floors: downstairs living room and kitchen, on the first floor two bedrooms each with shower and dressing room as well as a shared toilet. Upstairs, two more bedrooms (one for parents, one ideal for three children) with bathroom and toilet. Upon arrival, everything was very clean, bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo, etc. were provided – a great service! Thank you Alexandra for this wonderful house and the friendly communication. We will be happy to come back!

We spent 6 days in this amasing villa. All was great and as described in the offer. Didier and his wife are amasing hosts, very helpfull. I would recomend this place to everybody.

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Our stay at Laurent’s place certainly met our expectations. We would strongly recommend experiencing it. There were very nice additional touches - like a welcoming bottle of wine and fresh flowers.

This villa is superb, very well equipped, easy to access and to park. Most importantly, it has magnificent views. Francesca and Matthieu are very welcoming hosts, caring and quick to respond to any questions, or help you right away if you're missing a few things… The villa is ideal because you are in your quiet corner while being very close to all amenities and of course the beach, the center, the port etc… A little gem ☀️💕

Great stay in Agay! Apartment was as described, all rooms clean and tidy:) Amazing view from the terrace. It was very private and you could stay there undisturbed. Parking is available right in front of the house. Furnishing of the rooms such as the kitchen was great, all kinds of appliances and equipment were available.

The house is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. Quiet, comfortable and tastefully decorated, it offers all the comforts you need for a successful holiday. Its location in a popular area is a major asset, only a few minutes from the beaches and the center of Sainte-Maxime. We highly recommend this rental, and have already found our address for our future stays!

Large apartment, plenty of space for clothes. Geoffroy has a soft spot for appliances, so there is no shortage of accessories in the kitchen or in the apartment. Also, thanks for the many consumables. From spices to drinks, food, coffee, tea, cleaning products to toilet paper, everything was there. Unfortunately, the washing machine only worked to a limited extent (the display was only in the dark and also difficult to read, which was a challenge for us with a foreign language). There were good devices and mosquito repellent for the mosquitoes (but not in bedroom 1). Despite these minimal restrictions, we felt very comfortable. Boulouris is well connected to public transportation. Shopping is also within walking distance. Geoffroy is helpful, quickly accessible and uncomplicated.

Loved the house and the spot, so well located. Check in was smooth and everything was very well explained. The Property has so much character and we appreciated the welcome hamper. Would recommend!

Christine's house is located at the top of one of the hills of St. Aygulf with wonderful views of the bay of St. Raphael to Cap Dramont. Since there are no other houses above and the street is a cul-de-sac, it is very quiet there. For this, it is often quite windy, but the house offers many opportunities to retreat and relax in the many seating areas around the house inside and outside. Of course, the large pool with a wide view of the sea also invites you to do this. There is a garage with a washing machine, etc., but we did not use it. The 3 bedrooms are great, the bathrooms partly quite narrow and old fashioned. Not everything works properly (sliding doors, sun blind over the outdoor kitchen), but that didn't bother us. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers everything you need, including a pantry. We felt very comfortable there with 6 people and would be happy to come back if we get the chance.
