We live in Santa Lucia Park, a residential area of St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large, quiet garden, 2 steps from the sea (3-minute walk). The setting is very pleasant, relaxing. It is not overlooked. Everything is done to have a 100% relaxing stay. Palm trees, turtles, cats, shade, sun, swimming pool (to share)...

On a plot of 1000 m2, with its private swimming pool, it is located at the top of the plot which gives it absolute calm. It is fully equipped.
