We live in Santa Lucia Park, a residential area of St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large, quiet garden, 2 steps from the sea (3-minute walk). The setting is very pleasant, relaxing. It is not overlooked. Everything is done to have a 100% relaxing stay. Palm trees, turtles, cats, shade, sun, swimming pool (to share)...

Ideally located, the house is on the corniche offering the most beautiful beaches in the region. It is also 800 m from the center of Boulouris and its shops.
