The pool is fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a pearl! And honestly, we really didn't feel like leaving and that says enough. The accommodation is located on a closed site, where only the residents can enter through a gate. The apartment is exactly as described and the tranquility of the rippling water in the pool makes you feel like you are the world. Wonderful! The swimming pool is only for the owners and you as a tenant. Catherine and her daughter do everything they can to make you feel comfortable, while respecting your privacy. Really an example of how nice that can be. Spacious, peaceful and enjoyable. Super!

We were hosted very well, the environment is very quiet and relaxing. The coffee bean machine is a nice extra, it's a very valuable piece of equipment for us. The bioclimatic pergola allows you to stay outside at all hours. I would recommend Stephane's place

We would not hesitate to recommend this unique place. We stayed a week and enjoyed the local Marina, St Raphael, Agay, Frejus, and St Tropez (by boat from Saint Maxime, thanks Marie Paule for the great advice!). The weather was HOT every day so the aircon and the little pool in the garden was great. All in all a perfect and very happy stay. Thank you Marie Paule and Jean Claude, you are wonderful hosts. I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

First and foremost Philippe was an excellent host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. He was always so quick to respond anytime we had questions, always offering suggestions and tips. He provided in-depth recommendations of restaurants, activities, and various methods of transportation. His knowledge of Villefranche and the surrounding areas helped us narrow down which spots were worth visiting. As for the guest suite itself, the inside was extremely clean and tasteful. The location is wonderful- being close to the village without actually being in the village. Overall, we were beyond pleased with our stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Sabrina's place. The host is very attentive to welcome you and sends you all the information in advance about the collection and keys etc. The accommodation is in a very good location about 10-15 minutes from the city centers of Frejus and Saint Raphael. I highly recommend this place and if I have to go to Saint Raphael again it will be in this place without a doubt!

Lovely apartment and great space for a couple. Extremely walkable for shops and restaurants. Very close walk to the beach as well. Would highly recommend.

Two-week stay in this cozy apartment and fully matches the description, close to the port, coves and restaurants (everything can be done on foot) A small downside on the shutters too old for my taste, the absence of a blind against the sun for a very sunny balcony in the afternoon (unless I didn't know how to find it!) making this outdoor space necessary because the apartment is small, practically unusable in the afternoon... (too bad!) Overall, I had a nice two-week stay at Laurent's apartment.

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.

Wonderful apartment directly overlooking the Mediterranean on the Promenade de Anglais. Outstanding location for exploring Nice and environs. Transit options (bus and tram) just steps away. Many restaurants within an easy 10-15 minute walk. Apartment is ideal for a couple. Kitchen is well equipped and modern which makes breakfast easy (top notch Nespresso machine) and dining-in an option if you wish. You’re less than 50 meters from the beach, directly across the Promenade. Be aware that Promenade de Anglais is a popular street ~ so you will get some traffic noise. But the view of the Mediterranean and the sea breeze top any noise issues. If our travels lead back to Nice we will definitely book again.

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The location is absolutely TOP! You are right on the beach (the sea is wonderful there!) and at the surrounding markets we could buy wonderful ingredients to cook ourselves in between. Communication with Yaëlle went smoothly and she welcomed us very nicely. We will be happy to come back.

Not only is Catherine extremely kind and patient, but her place is cozy and clean, just like the pictures. Checking in and out was super easy thanks to Catherine’s flexibility. She also responded very timely and thoroughly to all messages. We would love to come back.

Our stay with Roland and Nadine was truly wonderful. The key pickup via the lockbox was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The house is a dream come true. Nestled in a private, quiet residential area on a hill, it offers breathtaking views over the bay, all the way to St. Tropez. Waking up to that view each morning was simply unforgettable. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location is perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches just minutes away. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing yet unforgettable holiday on the Côte d’Azur. Roland and Nadine went above and beyond to make our stay special.

We had planned to come between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., but with two small children, we were faced with many unforeseen events and unfortunately, we were 3 hours late. Wonderful property, beautiful location, incredible view. This property was everything I had hoped for. Terrific spot right on the water, walkable beach clubs, shops, restaurants. The host was very responsive and everything in the apartment was perfect. Hoping to rent this again next year!

The house has a beautiful situation. Pleasant atmosphere in the house and garden. The two floors allow for different perspectives of the sea. No noise from the nearby coastal road. The dining table in the interior resembles a camping table (wobbles), as do the associated bar stools.

Laurence is very welcoming. The apartment is a minute's walk from the beach. You just have to drop off your suitcases, everything is perfect, nothing to complain about. I'll be back.

Stayed here in difficult circumstances as my mother had just died and I came to make arrangements. This apartment was such a welcoming, bright, relaxing, well stocked, comfortable place to replenish in. It is modern, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook. Local groceries, restaurants and the beach all within very short walking distance. The owners live downstairs and are the nicest and helpful couple ever. They will also give you one of their parking spots if you have a car. One of the best Airbnb stays. I would recommend it to couples as well as families.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!
