Christy does everything to welcome her guests. There were drinks, sweets, also oil, vinegar, tea, coffee. I was very happy to find an extra heater because it was still cold. The accommodation is well located, parks nearby, well connected by public transport, supermarkets nearby. Thanks for every. Recommended.

We stayed in Ingrid's apartment for three nights. The apartment has absolutely everything you could need and more. Ingrid is a super host. The place is super quiet. The apartment is impeccably clean. The kitchen is superbly equipped. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The bed linens and towels are impeccable. Without a doubt, we will stay at Ingrid's apartment again on our next trip. 100% recommended.

It was so comfortable and peaceful. She had a very beautiful space for us, and made sure we always have the things we needed. She even took us on a little drive and showed us around the area! It was so lovely!

Everything you need was there, host friendly and straightforward, very clean

We had a great time in an apartment that was cozy and well-equipped. Good bed. Nearby transportation. Check-in with the lockbox was easy and flexible. We missed the microwave a bit, but we did well without it because there were more frying pans. It was nice to have salt, sugar, oil, spices, etc. ready in the apartment. The apartment does not have air conditioning, so we wondered if it was very hot in the heat. Now, in the spring, there was no problem with it. Definitely one of the best Airbnb homes we've been in. Thank you! 😀

The house was clean, spacious and nice! It matched exactly the pictures. It was in a quiet area with lots of parking spots outside. The host was very responsive and kind! We enjoyed our stay.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Would highly recommend a stay if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and with all the possible amenities you could want. Ludwig provided very clear instructions, was very responsive to my messages and kindly gave us an early check in and also offered us a late check out. The house is very well equipped with everything you could want, including all the little extras such as cleaning supplies, tea, coffee, oil for cooking, spices, dishwasher tablets, plenty of toilet rolls, washing liquid and fabric softner for the washing machine. The bakery literally 2 minutes further up the road was really good and we found a couple of local restaurants that were probably was the best food we had during our stay. We hired a car and it was about 30 minutes to the centre of Munich and similar to the airport. It was a good location to explore the local area and we really enjoyed our stay there.

We recently stayed 5 nights at the Hideaway in the Heart of Landshut. The house was truly wonderful! We went with 5 people spanning 3 generations and the setup was perfect. The ground floor and 1st floor are almost like separate apartments so worked great to have Grandparents on the bottom floor, parents on the first floor (second floor for you Americans) and the kids in the top attic floor. The proximity to the old city of Landshut was amazing! 1 minute walk to the Cathedral of St. Martin’s. Restaurants close everywhere and shopping as well. The Amenities were also terrific. The Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, and appliances to satisfy everyone including washer/dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine. In addition parking is included in a nearby garage. My family and I highly recommend this destination and will be coming back again soon.

We were received in a very friendly manner by Rosalind and her husband. The two were very warm and likeable hosts. The accommodation is quiet and Munich or Starnberg are very easy to reach by train. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of room in the apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped. The staircase to the apartment is relatively steep and narrow, which was not a problem for us, but with children or elderly people this could be an issue. All in all, the accommodation is a recommendation!

We were traveling as a large family with 3 generations. I had to clarify two things in advance because of traveling with a toddler and immediately got an answer and a helpful concession. Then we arrived and ALL felt at home immediately. The apartment is beautifully located and really practical and cozy. Communication 1a. You are immediately at the Isar and can walk along the water to the city center. The garden is a real feel-good garden. The equipment for pastime for all 3 generations phenomenal - from picture book to Playstation to very traditional street chalk, grill and badminton and much more. I look forward to staying here again at the next family reunion in Landshut. Thank you!!!

We had a great stay in Egling. The house really left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back and would always recommend the place.

Our stay was great! Check in was seamless - one of the easiest airbnbs to find and get into I’ve been to. Very clear instructions and a helpful host :) the location was PERFECT. Tons of stuff to do within easy walking distance and the whole city at your fingertips with easy and close public transportation. I stayed with my two small children and we were very comfortable and felt very safe.

Beautiful apartment with large kitchen and balcony - with two bedrooms perfect for friends with children on a weekend trip. Sandra is super nice and helpful and was always quick to reach. The apartment is within walking distance of the train station and downtown, a large playground, beer garden and supermarkets are right around the corner. We felt very comfortable.

Fantastic place and host. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule after our flight was cancelled and when we needed to extend our stay. The area is absolutely fantastic and very walkable to a lot of wonderful restaurants and shops. There is even a bar right by the front door if you are into that sort of thing. We would stay here again and recommend it in a heartbeat.

Andrea is a responsive person to our questions before check-in: use of transport in Munich, directions to the accommodation and nearby shops, long check-in time (appreciable when you come from far away!). The accommodation was clean, bright, very well-equipped. Andrea is a friendly and helpful person. Thank you for this very pleasant stay, we will gladly come back.

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

The best premium budget AirBnB: this is the best apartment close to Munich and surroundings for a fair budget. For two people with a car, perfect choice. (35 min by car/1h 15 min by public transport to Munich) It is really a fair deal, which is perfect for all young flexible people for longer but in my case also shorter trips. I thank you in advance for everything and clearly it is not my last time here 😉

There are several apartments in the house. The balcony is shared with another apartment, the garden anyway. Since smoking is allowed on the balcony and in the garden, we left before moving in. The landlords were very friendly and understanding and proactively initiated the free cancellation with Airbnb in agreement with us. Otherwise a very nice area. We only saw the apartment briefly, as Michaela was still cleaning when we arrived.
