Many excursion destinations are within easy reach, e.g. the Great Arber, Lake Arber, Falkenstein, Rachel, Lusen, Trinkwassertalsperre, treetop trail with tree house Close to the Czech Republic... Bike parks Geisskopf and on the Great Arber Glass museum, glass gardens and newly renovated swimming pool in the village. The train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.

The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.
