Vacation rentals in Fratte Rosa

We stayed for 3 nights with my family for a total of 10 people at the end of March. The farmhouse is in a fabulous location with stunning views, surrounded by vineyards and narrow streets that can also be reached on foot. A few kilometers away you can reach the nearest town and it is not far from Urbino and the coast. The farmhouse is on 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a large dining room and an industrial kitchen with a living room and a bathroom. On the second floor (connected by elevator) are the bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are clean and welcoming. The radiators worked very well. It was great to have breakfast all together and enjoy the farmhouse in the evening. We'll be back!

This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. We stayed in Michaela's apartment for a few days at the end of our Italian tour. We enjoyed it very much and we felt very comfortable. Michaela is very accommodating, attentive to her guests and a great hostess. The location is super quiet and rural, so it is well suited for relaxing. As a start for our motorcycle tours, the location was great, but also well suited for hiking, running or cycling.

We spend unbelievable nice two weeks in Loretello. All rooms are very nice and have a very nice atmosphere. Very warm and very personal. The landscape around Loretello and the view from the apartment is breathtaking. Loretello is the perfect location to explore the region. In almost every little village there are hidden gems waiting to be found. We felt truly embedded in Italy. The restaurants, markets, little shops, vineyards, farmer markets in the villages around Loretello are absolutely enjoyable. Our three kids enjoyed the pool very much. Little Loretello did offer a lot to explore for them. Our hosts has been extremely nice and extremely professional. Thank you very much for this wonderful Italian experience.

The apartment was ideal for us as a family of six: 3 bedrooms each with a double bed or bunk bed (one of them, however, very small with bunk bed), 2 bathrooms, a large room with kitchen, living room and dining table. There is also a covered balcony with seating furniture. The garden including pool is beautifully landscaped. You can tell that there is a lot of heart and soul in it! You have a wonderful view on all sides. There is plenty to do in the area, even the nearby Fossombrone is pretty. Niccolo lives on the ground floor, the rented apartment is on the first floor, which makes communication easy. But he also always responded quickly by message. Absolutely recommended!

Great place, great host!

We spent a wonderful week at Nicola’s place, wish it were longer! The house is so charming and cozy we felt right at home and it was so hard to leave! The location was so perfect for us as we got to explore so many beautiful charming cities every day from the coast to the mountains. Nicola was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants, cities to visit and everything! Highly recommend!

Lovely stay!!!! The farm is a very quiet area surrounded by greenery, the pool is very clean and very large with sun loungers always available. The apartment was equipped with every comfort including air conditioning and mosquito nets on all windows!! When we arrived, we found a bottle of wine in the fridge and something for breakfast. Super hospitable, friendly and helpful hosts. They offered us an excellent tasting of their delicious wines! There are many common spaces that have made the stay even more enjoyable, such as an outdoor lunch on the veranda. What can I say... highly recommended farm!!!! See you soon!!
