Plenty of great local cross country and snow shoe trails as well as snow mobile circuits and destinations. Dog-sledding! Enjoy beautiful evening skies while sitting around the fire pit. This is a fully restored 1880 farmhouse five min. from Montague Retreat Center, 20 min. from Amherst and 25 min. to Northampton. Our house has modern amenities: radiant concrete floors, high end appliances/countertops, a steam shower and 7 ft, radiant heated copper bath tub. Lots of light, open spaces, cathedral ceilings and an outdoor playset for kids. The house is set on 3/4 of an acre with lots of beautiful gardens and is located near Montague Center, where there are restaurants and shops.

An 8 minute walk to the Deerfield River for guided fishing tours with Hilltown Anglers, kayaks, ,whitewater rafting. 10 minute walk to town and shuttle for tubing. A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !
