This is 1 unit in a 3 family house. 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, Warner Theatre and Nutmeg Ballet. Shared huge garden, with Koi pond and pergola. Parking in the driveway for 1 car (possibly more, message for details).
