Vacation rentals with breakfast in Franklin County

Short but sweet. Was in the area for a day to attend my graduation with my parents. Lee was an amazing host. Will recommend to anyone visiting the area.

My sister and I spent our birthdays here and enjoyed a week of peace, reflection, and adventure together. Jill was so friendly, responsive, and welcoming and we found ourselves chatting with her over coffee each morning and walking around the property together. Jill is a wonderful person and we count ourselves so lucky that we got to meet her. Looking forward (so much!) to coming back soon and showing up, engaging fully, and letting go🍂🍁 Jill is the best!!!

Lovely weekend stay at Kamala's and Josh's. Very friendly and welcoming hosts and a lovely setting amidst bucolic Deerfield farmlands. The space was very comfortable and clean, and fruit and water in the room was a really nice and welcome touch. Josh's wealth of knowledge and experience made breakfast conversation most engaging. Will definitely look to visit again if the opportunity arises.

This place is a gem! I was looking for an area in a quiet area and this Airbnb was the perfect little nook to crash in. The bed was SO comfy and the Host was very friendly and responsive! She had a wonderful assortment of teas and fresh eggs that you can cook with. I went kayaking in the lake close to their home and it was so beautiful out there. I would say this is the perfect room for someone looking for a quiet nook in the woods!!

From the moment we arrived, Gregory made us feel incredibly at home. The property in the woods, river included, was truly a unique and breathtaking sight which was both tranquil and reenergizing. He was always quick to respond and we had the most unforgettable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Carol and Robin’s home on the lake. Anyone looking for a serene and peaceful setting would be thrilled with this rental. Our hosts communication both prior to and during our stay was top notch. We certainly hope to return someday.

We had a wonderful weekend at Josette’s and Joan’s beautiful home! We were welcomed and immediately felt right at home. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and beautiful! We enjoyed having double sinks and a sitting area too! Their home is comfortable and has beautiful plants both indoor and outdoor! The art work and pottery are pretty special too! Breakfast was so good that I might have to go back just for Josette’s home baked scones, home made jam, homemade hummus!!!! We had a fabulous weekend and can’t say enough about everything A-Z.

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

What a treat it was to stay at Jacqueline's place – a former button factory! Everything about this place is thoughtful, from the host to the furnishings. It's clear that a lot of consideration has gone into this Airbnb. Jacqueline was kind and communicative without being obtrusive, and she was quick to respond. We had no issues that she needed to respond to though! Everything went perfectly smoothly. The apartment was absolutely pristine, perhaps the cleanest rental I have ever encountered. We were so impressed that this rental had everything one needs to be cozy and live (and cook) comfortably, but it is not cluttered or overdone. Also, the location (and free parking) can't be beat! Finally, what could be a nightmare check-in process with other hosts was easy, clear, and smooth thanks to the instructions Jacqueline sends prior to renting. Again, there were absolutely no issues with anything, and we would rent this place again in a heartbeat (and wish to live in it permanently)!

As described. Clean, comfortable, accessible and with very thoughtful little touches. Really appreciated the variety of coffee options and fixings including fresh cream....AND the to go cup since I had to race out of town early in the morning. Awesome snack options in the kitchen and helpful products in the bathroom., even Q Tips and cotton balls! Beautiful garden, helpful manual. Easy entry. Quick, clear and friendly communication. Gorgeous surroundings, great location. Comfortable bed and pillows, easy to navigate space.

Yet another wonderful 5-star stay at Jane & Karl's lovely home in Deerfield. Delicious homemade breakfasts, spacious and clean rooms, and always a warm welcome from Jane & Karl. Have stayed over 10 times across 3 years, and every time has been great - and there's always an improvement each time!

Don't be decieved upon arrival, the outside needed some up dating and there was no sign but Yohah was on the porch waiting for our arrival and provided us with everything we needed. Great breakfast and we learned alot about the history of the Inn and the town. Would stay again in the future

My family and I visited for my nephew’s graduation from UMASS Amherst (which was a 30 min drive away through lovely countryside). Yohah has created a beautiful and unforgettable Airbnb experience in this large historic home: Colorful, clean, nuanced with antiques, a library of interesting content, and other special details. We had lovely conversations about the history of the town, his art and work (he is an accomplished artist in addition to his work as a hospital chaplain). And he treated us to the most delicious and healthy breakfasts. He was so helpful at directing us to local spots. This place would be a prime spot for artists or writers looking to have their own retreat to work on their craft in a peaceful and serene setting. We look forward to someday returning! We had a lovely and very comfortable stay at Michele’s place. They made the trip a wonderful and memorable weekend.

Felt like we were nestled in the range of Mount Toby. The property and studio were super quiet, super non scented and clean with plentiful views to awe at. We needed ths peaceful trip while watching our son graduate. We are huge fans of Pioneer Valley. We know this area well so we took advantage of all great foodie places and all nature locations we could pack in. We would love to visit your place again! A slice of heaven for us

I spent a wonderful 24 hours in Josette’s home. It was one of the best Airbnbs I ever stayed in. Beautiful surroundings, an amazing breakfast and a super comfortable bed. I hope to be back.

Nancy was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. She reached out in advance to ask for our estimated arrival time so she could greet us personally, and she also inquired about any dietary restrictions or special needs — such a thoughtful touch. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and we had our own private bathroom. Breakfast was absolutely amazing — thank you, Nancy, for the pie and parfait! My parents especially loved them. I’m sorry I didn’t respond to your message right away; I was caught up with graduation events. And we loved your cat!!!!! I would absolutely love to stay again!

Fantastic to spend some time at the Goldenrod with Aaron and Eric with our two kids and family this weekend. The hospitality was fantastic, location incredible, and we loved the restaurant, our beds, and the 3 goats to feed in the back. Thank guys for hosting us! Can’t wait to return on our next trip to the Berkshires
