Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Fox Lake

We stayed for a wedding weekend and had a great time! Sean really went above and beyond as a host. He was incredibly responsive and helpful. He checked in on us multiple times during the trip! High recommend this stay.

This stay provided a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Perfect space and amenities. Maria provided perfect communication and the location was safe and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while the two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. The bathrooms has great amenities and are spacious as well. The kitchen was clean and had anything you could want or need to make a meal. Maria even thought of some other items like Tupperware and parchment paper. The coffee maker was serviceable. The gift basket was truly indulgent and appreciated. The big sofa was comfy and the tvs are the perfect size with any app you may want. While it was cold outside and I didn't get to enjoy the property, it was certainly still beautiful and lovely to enjoy my coffee and watch the snow in the mornings. I highly recommend this Airbnb. We had a fantastic stay! James was extremely attentive and accommodating, communication was seamless from start to finish. The location was ideal for our family, just minutes from Six Flags, which made our trip so convenient. The house itself was incredibly spacious, giving everyone room to relax without feeling crowded. We especially appreciated waking up to the peaceful sound of birds chirping each morning, such a nice touch of nature. Every living area had its own TV, which made downtime easy for everyone, and the ping pong table added a fun extra activity for the family. The home was spotless upon arrival, very clean and well kept. You can tell the host takes pride in maintaining the property. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area!

The home was comfortable, clean and well-stocked with cleaning and kitchen supplies. We relaxed and enjoyed the lake views, caught some fish from the dock, went kayaking, enjoyed s'mores, read and lounged in the patio areas, and kids had fun on the play set. Nearby, we enjoyed swimming at the beaches at Silver Lake and Lake Mary. Walked the neighborhood - lots of friendly neighbors. And, lots of tasty local food - Bodi's, New Taste of Italy, Dini's, and Sandlots. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca’s place in Bristol! The house was big, super clean, and beautifully maintained—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home with all the thoughtful touches and amenities included. Rebecca was a great host—everything was well-organized and exactly as described. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. We’d definitely love to come back!

My bestie and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and it was lovely. Clean and airy. Lots of beautiful windows. William was very quick to respond and answer our questions. The neighborhood is like 10ish minutes from downtown lake Geneva which is perfect for some peace and quiet. A couple of food options within a 15 min walk was super convenient too. Loved it!

Jackie and her husband were communicative and very nice, house was well equipped with dishes, comfortability, firewood, with a taste of Wisconsin history. Would stay again

The cottage on the lake was so beautiful and cozy , we all commented that we never wanted to leave! Used the hot tub while enjoying the view of the lake which seemed at our doorstep and John offered us rental of a pontoon boat to be able to do some fishing and sightseeing on the lake itself. Had a fabulous time with family and the cottage was the perfect place to make some fun memories together. Lots of great restaurants and things to do nearby . John was a fabulous host , would love to come back and stay again, everything was perfect!

Highly recommend the Lodge! Shelby & Bob have an amazing place and were so flexible and accommodating. We could not get over how on theme everything in the space was, it was so cool. This place absolutely perfect! We were back and forth from Navy Pier for a tournament. The apartment was the perfect escape from the noise. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the city. I can’t recommend this apartment enough. The price, for Chicago, is totally worth it!! Host is very quick to respond. The distance from the Pier to the apartment is an easy, short drive.

We had an amazing stay at Kitty’s place! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She even decorated the house for my fiancée’s birthday and left us treats, which was such a sweet touch. Her recommendations were super helpful and made our trip even better. The house was full of books and art that made it feel really special, and the beds were super comfy. The separate entrance was great for privacy, and street parking was easy to find, which was a big plus. Thank you so much for all the little things that made our stay unforgettable. We would love to stay here again very soon!

We stayed on the third floor of the complex and enjoyed Matthew's attention to detail. He gave a lot of thought to all components of his property.

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences. Every little detail was attended to, from the extremely comfortable bedding & coordinated kitchen color scheme to the cleanliness & quiet surroundings.

Amazing stay in Roscoe Village!! We loved being able to get around easily given how close the home was to bus stops and the brown line. It was a peaceful getaway when we were done having fun in downtown. We could hear people walking around upstairs while laying in bed, but nothing a good pair of earplugs didn't remedy. The space was so clean and so homey. Would stay again!

Location is fantastic. Walking distance to beach, red line, buses, great food, shopping, etc. The apartment has a hip vibe and is located in a beautiful neighborhood that we really enjoyed walking through on our way in/out. Free dedicated parking is a huge bonus. Host was very responsive and you can tell they really care about the guest experience. Little things like packages of earplugs by the beds show how thoughtful they are. The neighborhood was pretty quiet most nights but it was nice to have the earplugs available.

Great location with lots of nice bars and restaurants locally and easy access also to the CTA blue line to Downtown and O’Hare. Apartment was ideal and was just as described. Would recommend and if ever back in Chicago would look to stay here again.

Truly a gem near Lake Geneva. Plamena’s place was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to host our families. It was our first time vacationing again after having babies earlier this year and our toddler had a blast. She won’t stop talking about “her toys” at the airbnb. Plamena’s place is also a 5 minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva which was very convenient. Our overall experience was great, Plamena is an amazing host and we look forward to staying with her again in the near future.

We loved the porch along with the outdoor area!

Nice big indoor pool (12 feet deep at one end and 3 feet at the other). The newly renovated rooms are very open and spacious. All the bedrooms are well kept. Lots of games to play(soccer table, poker, table tennis, etc.). Lots of pullout sofas and chairs. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Jack!!

We had a great time at this place. A different property canceled us 2 days prior to our stay and we found this Evolve property and it was better than our other house would have been! It was huge and beautiful and the host made sure that we had everything we needed and they were very quick to respond if we did. The neighbors even set up a fire for us on our last night since they were cutting down some trees. Thank you for being a great host!
