It was an extremely pleasant stay. Atessa is a gem and the apartment is in a central but sheltered position, and is soundproofed from the lively Piazza Garibaldi adjacent. The supermarket is a stone's throw away and for us who came to visit relatives, getting around was very convenient. Anna Pia welcomed us with great care and kindness, making us feel at home. The recently renovated apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished, it has all the comforts combined with the memory of its ancient structure. Particularly appreciated are the shutters that offer complete darkness at night, the independent heating/air conditioning that was valuable to ensure a comfortable environment for my elderly father; the towel warmers in the bathroom and the terrace that is a gem overlooking the church of San Rocco and the square. We have found the perfect base for our next trips to Atessa.

Rosso Matonne offers views of the countryside that feel like something out of a painting. From the moment we arrived, Barbara made us feel at home —offering local tips and warm smiles that never felt forced. The Apartment and grounds are immaculate. Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, and close to Sulmona. And then there’s Ellie — the adorable, friendly family pup who quickly became the highlight of our trip. Always happy for a cuddle or to join us for a stroll, she added a comforting, homey touch that made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking to unwind and soak in the beauty of Italy with some truly wonderful company. 🌞🇮🇹🐾 5/5 stars – We can't wait to return!

We stayed a week as a couple plus a child, the apartment is small but nothing is missing, there is air conditioning in the rooms, very quiet, everything very clean, they also left us a bed rail for the child since he slept with us. The location is central for walking, near the sea and shops to get the essentials. Nicola and Vera are very nice and friendly. I highly recommend it!

Apartment with modern furnishings, extremely well-finished, clean and tidy. The location is excellent, very close to the sea and the Via della Costa dei Tranocchi. Daniele and his family are very kind and attentive people, they made us feel at home.

Patricia was very nice and helpful. She picked us up with her husband from the bus stop and brought us back on departure. We were also invited to an evening excursion to Ortona. We felt super comfortable and especially enjoyed the beautiful large terrace in the evening.

We spent magnificent days in Graziamaria's apartment. Thelatter is even more beautiful in real life and boasts a spectacular terrace that blends into one with the sea and sky. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator and descending you are practically on the beach. It has a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need and has impeccable cleanliness, there are also two air conditioners. A special thank you goes to Mrs. Francesca and her husband Mario, people of a unique welcome. I hope to return to this little gem on the Adriatic soon!

Peaceful oasis, we stayed on our way back from Salento to break the trip and end the vacation relaxing... well we were able to! great location to reach the port of Termoli for connections to the Tremiti and to take a tour of the historic center of Vasto. Leondina was super kind and helpful. the place, just renovated, was spacious, clean and with a beautiful by the sea.

Apartment located in the historic center of Scanno (full pedestrian area), very clean, quiet, well distributed (living area upstairs) and equipped with everything and beyond what you need to have a great stay. The home matches the listing description. Although the bedroom is the bathroom, they are small, even if they are functional. The proximity to the sea, the sandy beaches, the bike path and the magnificent view from the terrace I think are the main highlights. The only downside was the neighbors' dogs, who never stopped barking for the first few days, but letting the lady know the same night the problem was resolved.

Manuel was available and attentive to solve a problem that arose very quickly The apartment has been renovated, it is bright and equipped On-site parking is a great convenience. The location is great for walking to the beach. The air conditioning has made it possible to rest well even on the hottest days. Overall, the rating is really great!

Relaxing vacation in the quiet of the Abruzzo countryside, close to the main beaches of the area suitable for every taste and need, from the pebbles to the sand to the rocks, from the most equipped to the wildest and about 45 minutes from the Sangro Valley with its mountains and fortresses. Location suitable for families with even very young children. My family and I loved this house equipped with every comfort and clean, and these places where we found some relaxation and slow life.. Laura host very responsive to requests/questions, kind and helpful! ps: Car need for travel.

Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend it if you want to have a relaxing and quiet experience surrounded by greenery and in a great location just minutes from the ski lifts.

Everything is perfect!

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

What a gem! It's much much better than the pictures show it. the hosts are super friendly, the location is beautiful (but you do need a car obviously to get to places), private jacuzzi and great wi-fi!

We were able to spend a wonderful and relaxing time at the La Chiocciola Resort. The rooms were not only cozy, but also always clean, which made our stay all around pleasant. Particularly noteworthy is the warm hospitality of the landlords, who take care of the well-being of their guests in a wonderful way. The furnishings of the living spaces, especially the kitchen, were excellent and left nothing to be desired. We were able to prepare delicious meals and enjoy the time together. Another highlight was the spacious and well-kept garden, which invited you to linger. It was the perfect place to kick back and enjoy nature. A special experience for us was the hot tub, which offered a welcome relaxation after a long day of exploring. We look back with joy and fond memories on our stay and can fully recommend the La Chiocciola Resort. We will be happy to come back!!!
