The apartment is on the waterfront of Fossacesia Marina, 30 meters from the sea, with a free beach. On the third floor with a large terrace and partial sea view. Completely renovated with air conditioning, autoclave and fireplace. In the area, various services and entertainment at the numerous bathing establishments in the summer season, and many restaurants open all year round. A short walk from the 'Via Verde', a cycle and pedestrian path that runs along one of the most evocative stretches of coastline in the Mediterranean.

We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
