Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Fort Smith

This was my second stay at Chaney’s. This place was so incredibly relaxing, I slept way better than a baby. We all commented to one another how rejuvenated we were each morning. Beds were comfy, linen was top notch and appliances worked right. Five star!!!! The place had all we needed and more. You won’t be disappointed. I’m planning my trip back next year. Thank you

We used this lovely house as a venue for my medical school graduation. It was roomy and stunning for SEVERAL people and children. There was ample outside and inside space. Breathtaking. Will use again when I venue is needed.

This is my second time staying at Travis‘s house. Please see my last review for details. I can’t say enough good things about Travis as a host and his house. He and his wife welcomed me with a personalized note and gifts. Since my last stay, I made a few requests regarding using nontoxic, cleaning supplies, etc. and Travis was incredibly accommodating in this regard. In summary, this is a very peaceful and quiet location that is extremely convenient to the airport and hospital and other sites. I definitely recommend staying here and I look forward to staying again when I come back.

Better than the pictures! It was so cute and cozy, I definitely see why they named it that! Allan and Sabre were amazing hosts. They checked in with us every day to see if we needing anything. They had the cutest little extra touches(like the candy bowl, that cured my sweet tooth at night). Extra linens, clean kitchen, cute bathroom and the bed was amazing! We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be staying here again! I wish I could give it 10 stars.

Thank you for allowing me to stay with my dog! I travel often to Greenwood because it’s my hometown. It’s always nice to stay there instead of Fort Smith.

Our stay was wonderful! Easy to find, great neighborhood! My kids enjoyed having their own “cave” to chill in and watch tv. We all enjoyed the backyard. We bought a few yard games and played until dark on our down time. Clayton was very responsive and helpful from the very first message I sent him questioning distance between the home and my son’s Motocross track just over the river in Oklahoma. I, along with my family of 6, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Diana & Team were great host and impressively responsive to questions. We felt safe and the other tenants/guest were extremely quite and friendly. I also enjoyed the restaurants that were in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

Betty was an excellent host. She messaged me several times prior to our visit. The instructions for getting in and what she wanted us to do prior to leaving were simple and easy to follow. The space was beautiful and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Tim is a great host and old town is a great place. I love it. Everything you might want is in walking distance. Food, convenient store, bars, banks, you name it. People say it’s loud but you got to expect a little noise it don’t bother me at all. I will keep coming back as long as he will have me. Thanks Tim.

Shannon and Chuck were fantastic hosts! They made me feel right at home because they knew I was coming into town late and provided complimentary snacks and waters for me after my long drive. They were responsive and their place was adorable and perfect for the weekend. I definitely enjoyed my stay!

My time at Peiting was exactly as I had hoped. A super cozy, very clean accommodation, with everything you need. Exactly as I imagined. Host Peiting is very quick to respond, and you feel very well looked after. There was a minor problem during my stay, which Peiting immediately fixed the same day. perfect! It was a nice place ,we only stayed one night so we could dance at the electric cowboy which is only 10 away from the place , responsive host , and looked like the pictures , the bed was very comfortable!
