Located about 3 miles from downtown Fort Smith and located in the central area of Fort Smith it doesn't take long to get about anywhere you want to go. The Gameroom and pool table provide entertainment for the indoor fun while the inground pool, diving board and grill are a blast for the family and friends when outdoors. The historic 1895 Saunders House is a quaint Queen Anne victorian cottage in the Belle Grove Historic District, within walking distance of all the attractions in downtown. Lyon Saunders was the original owner & received mail there until 1910. The house has been updated with modern amenities while retaining the historic charm. The home is spacious & unique - stained glass, transom windows, & custom-milled trim. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and 4 beds that can sleep 7 people (8 including the couch).
