We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described! The kids loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. Gina was responsive and helpful during our stay. Looking forward to visits in the future!

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

Thank you, Dennis and Claudia, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we had wanted. We loved the home's location in the quiet neighborhood. The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. Our stay was great! Everything was comfortable and spacious for our group of 8. The set up of the space with multiple comfy seating areas (both inside and out) and a dining table that actually sat all of us made for fun game nights and wonderful meals together. We would stay here again!

We visited for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. The house was just what we expected in the communication was extremely quick! Great location and very spacious for a group vacation! The hosts also went above and beyond when planning for our trip, they ended up ordering a crockpot and volleyball to be there upon our delivery! Highly recommend!

The place was very spacious. Lots of stairs because of multiple levels. This was not a bad thing. Could see the gulf from the patio. Was an easy walk to the gulf. Probably could label the remotes because I didn’t realize the one was for the cool fire pits. We all enjoyed and had a great time at this place.

From the minut we arrived it was just such a nice home. Very clean and up to date. Pool exceeded our expectations love the water fall wall especially when the sun about setting. the beach is just 2 minutes away in car, had the most gorgeous sunset view I've seen in a while. Definitely would love to come back !

We loved the house, loved the view, appreciated that there was cookware. We had a few glitches but Christina was super responsive and helpful and was very kind and compensated. We would definitely stay here again. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed with this home or hosts. I love the Cape Coral area! Love this house

Ours was a 3 generation family vacation. Our choice was excellent for our needs. (from the Grandgifts to Grandma and Papa. Felt safe. Clean and comfortable surroundings. The patio area was above and beyond! We do intend to return God willing. Thank You David and Crew! One Happy Grandma! Diane

Was perfect for our group. We were visiting for a business meeting and a large house with four bedrooms (all with ensuites) meant we could extend our meeting discussions to morning and evening. Plenty of space to not get in each others way.

Nothing compares to this beautiful home in Cape Coral. Solo traveler. 4beds, 3.5 baths. Ceiling fans were awesome, kept inside temp at 75 degrees, perfect. My main choices for this home. was the privacy and pool/ spa, which was as expected and perfect. Coralvilla exceeded my expectations once again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and do whatever they wanted. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat together for meals, which is a big deal for our family. The house had everything we needed! The host was quick and very responsive if we had any questions. Would totally come back to stay at this house again!

Darlene’s place was wonderful. She is a very respectful and responsive host. My husband and I drove 13 hours overnight and she offered early check in for us, which we were incredibly thankful for. Darlene provided the necessary beach equipment that you would need to enjoy a relaxing day. The binder they have of the house information is super helpful, all the way down to local restaurant recommendations.

Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Wonderful hostess and property! Exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you need! Very quiet location and nice proximity to the beaches. I was so thankful for the hospitality during our stay!

We stayed at Johanna's for 4 nights and we enjoyed it very much! The apartment was outstanding, a fully equipped kitchen, each bedroom has a bathroom, and we had the opportunity to use the dryer and washing machine! The pool was used intensively, almost the most of everything. Very friendly hosts, some very good restaurants with live music can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, and you can enjoy a chilled IPA without using the car. 5 stars!

We had an amazing stay at Alex and Sonia’s place in Naples! The home was spotless, beautifully prepared, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa were absolutely perfect and made it hard to ever leave the house! They really thought of everything—we loved having beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and a wagon ready to go, which made our beach trips so easy and enjoyable. The kids especially loved the bunk beds and had a blast the whole time. All around, it was a fantastic trip. Thank you, Alex and Sonia, for being such thoughtful and welcoming hosts!
