Beachfront vacation rentals in Fort Myers Beach

The place was perfect for what we needed. We went with my toddlers, a 9 month baby, and my grandmother, and this place was so ADA friendly, had all the items you needed for our baby, and felt safe for our toddlers. The building is still in facade improvements after the hurricane (we went end of May 2025), and the island overall is in reconstruction mode, but the beach was direct access, beautiful sunsets, and just what we needed so a small weekend break.

Really enjoyed our stay here. A beautiful location with so much to do. The host was great and made the stay as convenient as possible!

Adorable beach condo with amazing beach, gulf and sunset views. The hosts were very responsive. Close to grocery stores, souvenir shops and restaurants. A perfect island getaway.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed being right on the water for the beautiful sunsets.

I was very surprised with how beautiful the house and property were. The host was very quick to respond when we arrived at the house and had a few questions. She answered immediately and we were good to go from there on out. The home was loved by my whole family and we all agreed when we come back to the area we will hopefully be able to stay at this home again.

This is an absolutely beautiful house in a gorgeous location. My boys spent the entire day fishing on the dock while we relaxed in the pool. Brianna was extremely communicative and any concerns we had she addressed immediately. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway. Our stay at Bella Bahia was wonderful! The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and just a few blocks away from the beach—perfect for a relaxing vacation. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Ian, the host, was excellent from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive and responsive, always just a message away. His communication was superb, ensuring we had everything needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could have hoped for. We thoroughly enjoyed this Cape Coral home. The pool and hot tub were great! We enjoyed the amenities and the layout of the home; it was perfect for our family of 4…(with 2 college age kids). Maggie was great to communicate with and responsive to our questions and concerns.

Nice condo. Loved the pool. The beach is directly across the street. Plenty of beach and pool supplies available. Recommend that you rent a car to get to restaurants and grocery store.

Nice clean spot located close to the beach (3 minute walk with little kids). Marina was friendly and accomodating. Good setup, especially for families with kids. We enjoyed our stay and would love to book here again for future Fort Myers trips!

We had a wonderful time at Todd’s place. We fished, swam in the pool and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Was a kid friendly home!

Vikki’s place was amazing from the very start. As you open the front door, you will realize you’ve arrived in paradise. The location is: clean, comfortable and convenient. Vikki is quick to respond to any questions and is very accommodating. The pool is amazing. The views are unmatched! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We can’t wait to come back.

The was a great week stay for my family and I. The pool was the best, and the hot tub was great at the end of the day. The bed was a dream, no complaints in that area. Great location, at most 10-15 minutes away from most things. I would recommend Papa Joe's pizza for one of your nights. We would gladly stay another week, next year if trimming allows. -Thanks again for making our vacation the best.

So many things to love about this place - an easy walk to an uncrowded beach, a beautiful pool and spa and an incredibly clean home. Our three young boys had no problem making the walk to the beach and the beach toys, wagon and chairs made it even better. Alex was very responsive and proactive to our questions. Do be mindful that the area was recently affected by multiple hurricanes and is still recovering. Several homes on the block aren’t renovated yet and there is a lot of construction going on nearby. That said, it was never noisy and the only thing we noticed was much less traffic than we expected and emptier beaches … which of course we didn’t mind!

Love love love this place! Had 11 of us with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Beautiful place and close to everything. Enjoyed the pool and pier. Caught tons of fish right off the dock. Meat market close by with great steaks. Wonderful outdoor kitchen. Hope we can go back next year. Grand daughters cried when we left because they had so much fun!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Villa. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by plenty to do. We felt safe at all times, and enjoyed on a consistent basis the beautiful pool and hot tub right out the back door. They were plenty of opportunities to fish, and enough space for our entire party to come together but also enjoy quiet time on our own. Regina is an incredibly responsive host, with tons of suggestions on how to fill your time. We would highly recommend this property!

This apartment was lovely and spotless. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time. The condo is very private and quiet. The beach is very close even though we got rough seas but weather was nice. Highly recommend this place.

John’s place is the epitome of a perfect beach vacation home. I could rant on forever but you really just need to check it out for yourself, I wish we could keep it a secret but it would serve no justice to John and all the work he’s put into making this the perfect rental!

Our family really enjoyed our time here. The house was very nice, clean, and well equipped. We spent most of our time outside - the lanai/pool area with the VIEW of the river was BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful. The host was great! We are looking forward to coming back.

Andy's place was perfection for our girls weekend! We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Pool was amazing and the private beach an incredible added bonus. Bedrooms were perfect and very comfortable. Wifi worked great and appreciated the Netflix! Everything was perfect and Andy was awesome. Beautiful home, perfect for 2 families, could probably accommodate 3 small families. Easy, short walk to the beach. Had lots of fun beach supplies like kayaks, wagons, beach chairs. Gorgeous bathrooms! Cute decorations!

Sean and his team was phenomenal! Very professional. Quick to respond. They made sure we had everything we needed. The place was better than the pictures. Exceeded our expectations. Will stay again when visiting Cape Coral!
