Family-friendly vacation rentals in Formia

This was the best airbnb experience I have had in a very long time. My partner and I stayed here for two nights and had an absolutely perfect time. Sandra is the most lovely host imaginable: she was attentive, thoughtful, generous, and kind. She gave us excellent local recommendations, left a welcome drink for us, and gave us fresh eggs for our breakfast. The space itself is truly wonderful: clean, comfortable, and well designed with everything you could need to feel relaxed and even spoiled. You can just feel the amount of care put into the space while you're there. The area is peaceful and convenient: there's a grocery store nearby and plenty of good restaurants and fantastic beaches are just a short drive away. We're hoping to be back to stay at this gem as soon as possible!

Der Aufenthalt bei Costantino war sehr gelungen, das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Bäder schön und sauber, die Veranda sehr schön, die Außenküche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Costantino problemlos. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Costantino wärmstens empfehlen!!👌

En av de mest fantastiska Airbnb-upplevelserna någonsin. Lägenheten ligger mitt i historiska kvarter med en fantastisk utsikt, små gränder och restauranger. Allt har gått smidigt och vi fick snabbt hjälp av Gioia när vi behövde något. För långa personer: tänk på att hålla nere huvudet, det är lågt i tak. Trapporna upp till lägenheten är utmanande och inte för den som har svårt att gå. Det saknades en del väsentligheter i köket vilket jag är säker på att värden kommer att ordna. Jag rekommenderar detta boende fullt ut!

Sehr praktisches Apartment mit allem was es für einen guten Aufenthalt in Caserta braucht. Die schöne Innenstadt und der Palast sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Der Parkplatz war ein großer Vorteil und der Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Zwar liegt das Apartment direkt an den Gleisen, aber die Züge haben uns im Winter bei geschlossenem Fenster gar nicht gestört.

La maison d’Ivo offre un point de vue unique sur la baie et est très bien située pour un accès rapide aux plages et à la ville. Son accès se mérite: on y accède par une ruelle extrêmement étroite bordée de murs. Vive la Fiat 500!

Beautiful place comfortable with all the comforts of home and attention to detail. Great amenities and attentive and helpful owners. Fabulous place to stay for some peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

Tutto perfetto Casa fantastica e ideale per rilassarsi, oltre ad essere in una buona posizione per raggiungere ed esplorare i dintorni. Maura gentile e disponibile, non potevamo chiedere di meglio e non saremmo mai voluti andar via !

This is a gem! The house is super practical, and the proximity to the beach makes it a fantastic retreat with kids. We made many new friends at the public beach. Cornettis and cappucino in the morning at the cafe Ciao 90 (the kids were allowed in the backyard where they had an olive garden with hens, geese and turtles! Absolute treat). The pizzeria Minotti has brilliant pizza and fries (seafod less impressive), and the supermarket Sisa has your necessities. A car is nice for when you want specifics, but you can get by nicely by walking. The house has a parking space under a roof so the car is nice and cool in the morning. The local beach has beautiful sand, and a long shallow perfect for kids. As Norwegian travellers, we didn’t hear any other languages than Italian, so we presume it’s a bit of a local secret this area. We will definitely return to this little slice of heaven.

Un solo problema, siamo stati troppo poco!! Tutto perfetto! Giovanni e il figlio Giuseppe sono stati super gentili e disponibili. La casa è perfetta per una famiglia numerosa come la nostra e lo spazio esterno è meraviglioso! Speriamo di tornare!

Villa Noi colpisce subito perché è una casa molto accogliente, curata, molto ben attrezzata. Infatti è la "loro" casa di vacanze e ritrovi di familiari, che tre sorelle, molto generosamente, offrono così com'è. Subito ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, come fossimo a casa nostra! A pochi minuti a piedi c'è la spiaggia bellissima e grande, sia libera che attrezzata e a 10 minuti a piedi un supermercato Carefur ben fornito. Per altri spostamenti occorre la macchina, peraltro con comodo parcheggio nel giardino. Finita la breve vacanza viene proprio voglia di ritornare! Consiglio l’alloggio fornito da Nadia. Luogo incantevole, paesaggi mozzafiato. La villetta è circondata da un giardino bellissimo in cui abbiamo avuto piacere a fare colazione al mattino, colazione che ci è stata gentilmente offerta da Nadia, persona gentilissima, tranquilla, disponibile. Oltretutto ci ha saputo dare delle ottime indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare! Le camere erano calde al nostro arrivo, lo spazio è sufficiente anche per le famiglie. (Noi siamo una coppia e siamo stati comodi). Consiglio questo b&b perché è perfetto per chi ha voglia di tranquillità e di perdersi nella natura. 😊

I proprietari, persone gentilissime, mi hanno messo a disposizione un monolocale impeccabile: pulito, in ordine e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione è ottima, a circa 10 minuti di macchina dalla Reggia di Caserta.

Great stay and an even better host. Antonio was super easy to communicate with and the unit was better than described. Location was perfect for seeing the Palace and the lively downtown. Would definitely recommend.

Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet i Vivians leilighet i det historiske delen av Terracina. Leiligheten var super for to par på tur. Vivian var en hyggelig vert som ga møtte oss og ga gode tips for oppholdet . Leiligheten var ren, pen ,praktisk inndelt og lå i et trygt og trivelig nabolag midt i smørøyet av severdigheter, cafeer , barer og restauranter . Vi kommer gjerne igjen og kan trygt anbefale Vivians leilighet . Takk for oss :)

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans une villa a la vue exceptionnelle ! Nous avons particulièrement profité de l'extérieur de la vue imprenable sur la baie et la piscine... un régal !! Chaque soir un formidable coucher de soleil pour parfaire ces belles journées.

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Christian è stato un host squisito e disponibilissimo. La casa è anche più bella delle foto e presenta tutti i confort necessari. Vicinissimo al supermercato per ogni necessità. La pista ciclabile fino al centro di Borgo Hermada ha permesso a mia figlia di muoversi in autonomia con il monopattino. Soggiorno eccezionale. Ringraziamo veramente Christian per essere stato sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Vicinissimo al circolo ippico Borgo Hermada per chi, come mia figlia, dovesse partecipare a gare di equitazione. Lo consigliamo a tutti! E speriamo di ritornarci presto anche per fare un tuffo nella splendida piscina privata!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement et ses alentours correspondent tout à fait à la description et aux photos. Nos hôtes ont été très attentifs et disponibles. la piscine est très grande et offre une vue panoramique sur toute la vallée. Belle place de parking individuelle. Si vous cherchez la tranquillité dans un endroit rustique mais disposant tout de même d'un confort certain, c'est l'endroit parfait.

Notre séjour dans cette très belle maison de famille a été particulièrement très agréable . La situation de cette location offre une très belle vue sur la baie de Formia/Gaeta. Le beau et grand jardin aux couleurs méditerranéennes , la piscine, le calme de cet endroit permettent de bien se détendre. La gastronomie de la cuisine italienne est à l’honneur dans les villes proches et les visites de Naples, Pompéi… complètent ces vacances italiennes. Sans oublier l’accueil très chaleureux de Loredana toujours prête à rendre service.

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

Very nice house with great pool. The hosts are very friendly and can give good advices for the area. The cave of falvaterra is amazing and many other places can be visited from there.
