The best part is that this privacy comes only minutes away from all that the Russian River has to offer, from kayaking on the river (5 minute walk down to the beach), a night out in Guerneville, the Pacific Ocean at Goat Rock Beach, or the Westside Road wineries. What can I say, it was a perfect stay. For me, the mattress and overall sleep quality is very important and I can confidently say these have been THE MOST comfortable beds of any airbnb I’ve stayed in by a mile. Chad has every detail covered and is a great guy. It was a great experience overall, everything was high quality!

The tree house was beautiful! The check-in / check-out process felt streamlined and low pressure. The amenities were pro-active and thoughtful, including speakers, games, cleaning/household supplies, and shower amenities (including makeup towels). The scenery was breathtaking and the hot tub and porch made it perfect to enjoy all of it! The bedrooms were amazing and felt well laid out. Great amounts of storage in both closets. No detail was overlooked. Definitely check this place out! It's totally worth it!

The Cosmo Retreat is everything! Great location, beautiful private area and the best home. We loved our time here. The kitchen had all the amenities and plenty of space to cook. The large windows gave it the outside-in feel. The jacuzzi worked perfectly. Both decks are great for relaxing and just being outdoors. If you have a dog, this is the place! Fully fenced and lots of outdoor space. Close to yummy bakeries and amazing food. We will definitely be back!

Definitely highlight of our trip. The place sits on top of a small hill. With the open deck, you got a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Overall, five star place. Place is clean, has all the household supplies we needed. Big kitchen. The dates we visited are very hot. It’s nice there are ACs in each room and you can set the temp per room.
