Located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. This three bedroom one bath home is fully furnished. It also has an entry/dining room, living room and kitchen. Convenient location close to I29. It has a large private yard and front porch. Parking available on street or in the back of the house. You can find a park, Hy-Vee, Casey’s and Dollar General within walking distance. Wifi & TV provided. Full-sized washer and dryer. ( located in basement… outside entrance) Super spacious tons of amenities!

Farmhouse was just as its described. It was just outside of town and very peaceful. Reading how long it’s been in their family was awesome and we wish that some of the picture were of the farm throughout the years. There was plenty of space for our family and we appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Should the need arise it is on our list of places to return too. We had no issues and appreciated the communication from Susan.

When I got there I was exhausted so I neglected to read everything they had to read. Ì was cold and didn't I know how to turn the AC up so I called Aaron. He was super nice and patient with me, and told me how. Afterwards I read everything and it was all typed up how to do it. Instead of saying it's all on paper he just told me how. I felt like he was a super great guy and Iwas very impressed.
