Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Foothill Farms

The place is solid for a family that is cool staying in a bit of a hairy neighborhood. I was thankful the parking was in the far back because I was in a very expensive conversion van. It was tough to find food after 9pm... ended up finding a roach coach down the street. Place was clean inside, walls are a little scuffed up but whatever. Had a couple beverages in the fridge which is nice touch. Was a bit hot, the portable AC helped a bit... but was a bit hot in the room with fan on. Shower was nice, bathroom has toiletries in case you forget yours which is thoughtful. Deon seems like a nice host, but there's a partner who responded to me a bit snarky when I didn't understand it cost extra to bring your dog. I only saw that dogs were allowed. Told me she could charge me $250 bucks for breaking their rules but decided to just allow me to pay the $65 fee for having a dog. $410 bucks for two nights? ehh might just get a pet friendly hotel next time since I travel solo.

I can honestly say, this is my favorite Airbnb I have ever had the opportunity to stay at! I was initially on the fence about booking and reached out to the very responsive owners. We decided to book and I could not be happier. We rented this lovely home over Memorial Day weekend for a volleyball tournament we had in town. It was about 20 minutes away, but very easy to navigate. There are tons of restaurants and nearby shopping within minutes. The home itself is immaculately, clean and unbelievably comfortable . Right when we walked in, there was a few board games and a little play kitchen and my daughter (who is 6) just loved it!!! The outdoor space of the home is magical. It is so comfortable and truly beautiful. We spent so much time in the backyard as a family and it was really amazing. Definitely underestimated how much I would adore the massage chair here! So refreshing after sitting on bleachers all day! HIGHLY recommend this beautiful property!

We were so pleased with this house. It was beautiful inside. The front entrance was as nice as it showed on the flyer. We were able to use the pool, probably one day because of family gatherings, but the backyard was wonderful. All three bedrooms were beautiful. Everything was spotless the kitchenwas well stocked with anything you would need to cook with. It was in a wonderful location of Carmichael and very close to different restaurants and Hoffman Park was a wonderful area.

A fantastic stay in East Sacramento. I needed to find a place near my grandkids’ school and this beautiful home was perfect. Entry was easy and the house was spotless. Great location and beautiful home with all the amenities. This is a gorgeous area of East Sacramento and as luck would have it there was a coffee shop two doors away. Restaurants in this area are plentiful and fabulous Owner was available with immediate responses to any of my questions. Have family in this area and certainly will be back. Lived my stay!!

This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! The host was very responsive and was able to extend the time of the outside lights for us when we returned late from an event. It also had a ton of games, streaming options, a beautiful orange tree right outside, and extra amenities that were a pleasant surprise like extra toiletries and condiments in the fridge.

It was a lovely home to stay in, very clean, and had all the basics you would need in a shirt vacation. Its definitely set up to expect children with the room of bunk beds and an extra twin bed and a playground in the backyard. The backyard was a nice area to hang ojt and have coffee. The hot tub is either set so you cant get too hot, so it kinda felt like i was in a bath, not really a hot tub. It would be great if it could get appropriately "hot-tub" hot. But there were plenty of towels both for the hot tub and in the bathrooms, and we really appreciated access to the washer and dryer. Overall, great stay, very clean and picture accurate.

Christina’s home was spacious and comfortable for our family of five. The living room and the out door area were great spaces to hang with the family. The kitchen had all the essentials and the beds were comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again next time we are in the area. Thanks Christina for being responsive, proactive in providing information and agreeable to a late check out!

Love this Airbnb. It was perfect for us since we had an event to attend @ The Grounds for three days. It was a 7 minute walk when we were able to walk in the back way. Fantastic place with everything you need. Kathleen is very responsive if there’s a problem or if you have questions. She puts a lot of thought in all the little details and extra specials she provides. Will definitely book again when I’m in the area.

Eddy is an awesome guy. His apartment is really nice and has all the amenities very very clean there’s a pool there there’s a gym it’s close to lots of great stuff in Folsom and it’s very safe there’s a gate and there’s lots of nice neighbors… I also like the way Eddy does business he’s not excessive with rules we communicate on things and he’s flexible and to me that’s really important and having a host… I would definitely come back there again and look forward to it thanks for the great stay Eddy!

I had a wonderful stay at Lucia's apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The fast internet was perfect for work. Lucia was a fantastic host – helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a mountain biking getaway and absolutely loved it! The home was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and welcoming. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful outdoor lighting at night, which created a magical atmosphere among the trees. The location couldn’t be more convenient, and check-in was quick and seamless. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

My Host is a VERY GOOD Host, she always responds VERY quickly, I would recommend this place, BUT after we leave.

We had a fabulous time and the back yard / pool area was a perfect setting for my large bachelorette. It seemed the host was anxious about having a group our size (23 women) yet did not list anywhere a maximum number of guests on the listing. It seemed we earned their trust through the stay though. Initially it felt awkward to have to text the host for things like turning on the hot tub or outdoor lights or pool slide, but they were pretty fast in response time and it ended up feeling pretty easy. Wish the kitchen would have had more kitchen towels, seems maybe not set up for full on dinner party use - but they did bring trash bags and replace the outside grill upon our request, which was impressive. Overall a positive experience! The grotto was lots of fun - we never left the property all weekend.

Our stay was very nice the home is great absolutely amazing we definitely enjoyed our stay at Julia place..if we ever get to go back soon and it’s still available for us to stay there we will definitely book her house again..highly recommended you to book this Airbnb if you ho to a family vacation or reunion in Elk Grove Sacramento Cali..thank you so much Julia🫶🏼

Our stay was fantastic for a weekend getaway. You are 10-15 minutes away from a number of wineries and restaurants, with the benefits of having your own private space to relax and enjoy the countryside. Our host was extremely responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had, and made our stay more than comfortable. Absolutely would recommend the listing to anyone else, and would come back to stay myself.

We - my wife, son and his wife and 16 month old daughter, along with my daughter and three boys shared this beautiful home. As written in the description, Michael's listing was very accurate, well supplied, and met the needs of our family during a very intensely hot week. The pool was the star attraction. The kitchen was well supplied and we were encouraged to use all of the amenities to enjoy our stay. It was very clean. The loft was roomy enough for two adolescent boys. We had some challenges with adjusting AC system temperature, but Michael was accessible when we needed assistance. He responded to other inquiries in a timely manner. Perhaps our only complaint was that the beds in all three bedrooms were not very comfortable. Usable closet space would have helpful as we traveled for a large wedding venue. Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

This was our fourth stay at Brendan’s house. It is my our family’s favorite AirBnb to rent. The house, pool house, pool and fishing pond are major highlights for us. The grandkids love swimming in the pool all afternoon and go fishing early in the morning and after dinner. The house, pool house and grounds are very clean and comfortable. Staying there is both fun and relaxing. We will be back for our fifth visit next year!
