Tom was the most gracious host one could ask for. From booking to checkout, Tom made himself available for any and all questions. He provided some insights about finding the house and tips on maneuvering onto the property. He personally met me and my family at check-in, provided us some insights on the property and the area, and helped with access to the lake. The house and grounds are immaculate. Clean, well stocked kitchen, and fresh linens. The property has everything you could ask for with lake, pool and hot tub access. . The private setting is the ultimate topping on the cake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to connecting with Tom for future trips!

We had a fabulous time and the back yard / pool area was a perfect setting for my large bachelorette. It seemed the host was anxious about having a group our size (23 women) yet did not list anywhere a maximum number of guests on the listing. It seemed we earned their trust through the stay though. Initially it felt awkward to have to text the host for things like turning on the hot tub or outdoor lights or pool slide, but they were pretty fast in response time and it ended up feeling pretty easy. Wish the kitchen would have had more kitchen towels, seems maybe not set up for full on dinner party use - but they did bring trash bags and replace the outside grill upon our request, which was impressive. Overall a positive experience! The grotto was lots of fun - we never left the property all weekend.

I booked this place for a weekend getaway with a group of girlfriends, and it immediately felt like home—so comfortable, welcoming, and beautiful! The house had plenty of space for all of us, and every guest had nothing but great things to say about the property. Desiree went above and beyond to make us feel at home, leaving thoughtful snacks and ensuring we had everything we needed for a great night. It was incredibly easy to unwind, enjoy each other’s company, and take in the gorgeous river view. The girls are already talking about when we can come back—can’t wait to book again!

Ryker’s place was incredible and his hospitality and service was top notch. Easy to check in/out, clear instructions, extremely responsive, and his beautiful home was exactly as described. Would absolutely stay here again.

The space was beautiful and very clean and Jeanne was very responsive. There’s also a nice walking path nearby if you have dogs. Highly recommend.

What an adorable little casita in a gorgeous neighborhood! We had so much fun on our stay, the host’s dog Toby is so sweet and the host’s themselves were very kind and welcoming while also respecting our privacy during our stay. The place is incredibly well appointed, we forgot toothpaste and face wash and both were on hand in the bathroom. The little welcome gifts she provided were such a great touchhot tub is awesome &

My family and I had a wonderful time. This was a great home for kids and we had an awesome time cooking together in the kitchen.

I loved my stay at Susan’s! Was very easy to locate and get inside. Susan was responsive and the description of the stay was accurate. Great location with a trail running behind it.

The condo was amazing and perfect. There were a few things that were our of the host's control (such as neighbors suddenly getting noisy) However the host and co host kept communication and stepped in when they could. Overall amazing stay and so great full for them both.

What a gem! Peaceful, private, comfortable and welcoming. Very artsy and clean. Fun and interesting furniture and decor. Fenced patio area was perfect for our dog and lovely to relax and enjoy the stunning garden. Exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend!

Plans change. My family was very appreciative of David's flexibility and accomodatice manner to my travel changes not only to an early check in, but also allowing for a few additional guests.

Paula’s place is great! It’s really nice and the pictures don’t do it justice. The serene landscape, farm animals, and sweet antique decor make it feel like an escape to grandmas house! Complete with a sweet snack upon arrival.

This country cottage is centrally located in a peaceful location at the end of a private road. With access to the wine and ale trail as well as the venue for concerts and a farmers market down the road, there was lots to do. We loved the creek and welcoming touches the hosts provided and appreciated their friendly and prompt communication as well as accommodating an earlier check in for us. Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing stay at your property.

Home was perfect for my small family with kiddos. Safe, clean and relaxing. Made use of the BBQ and the well stocked kitchen every night. Home was as advertised and the host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would book with this host again.

Such a wonderful 2 bedroom with 2 bath to stay while our remodeling. We ended up staying at Teya's place for 2 whole months and it did feel like second home to us. Thank you

Prior to check in all the way through check out, Christian was an extremely communicative host. I really appreciate that there were very clear instructions for everything. Some of us were flying in from out of state and Christian was very accommodating with an early check in. This place is huge and spaciously laid out. We hosted dinner for 12 people multiple nights and with so much space, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Our group spent a ton of time outside-enjoying the relaxing pool and lounging area. The property is maintained and beautiful. We had 3 kids with us who were obsessed with this house! Christian has so much for the kids to do that they never got bored. Seriously - between the cinema room upstairs, pool, water slide, sports outside, foosball, there was never a dull moment which is really saying something for kids! I’d stay here again when I’m in town in a heartbeat. Thank you Christian and your family for the wonderful stay, we sincerely appreciate it

We recently stayed at Don and Kathy’s beautiful home for our son’s wedding weekend and it was absolutely magical. Don and Kathy were incredibly hospitable, always easy to reach, and made us feel so welcome. The home itself is stunning—truly something to experience. The home is well-appointed and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and style for a truly relaxing stay. The surroundings felt straight out of a Hallmark movie, with autumn leaves falling and twinkling Christmas lights creating a festive atmosphere. It was cozy, inviting, and felt just like home. We can't wait to come back and stay here again! Thank you, Don and Kathy, for making our special weekend even more memorable!

The place was spacious, clean, and so comfortable. Best of all, it was at the perfect distance for cycling to Sac State. We were able to enjoy cooking in the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and even took advantage of the garden and splash pool. Also, I was grateful to have a desk to work at. Honestly, there were so many wonderful aspects of our stay that I could go on and on. Needless to say, we loved every minute of it. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property! There was plenty of space for our entire wedding party, and it was spotless when we arrived. Kathleen was an incredible host — so helpful, responsive, and flexible throughout the whole process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We also loved taking advantage of all the activities available on-site, which made for an unforgettable experience. Perfect base for visiting Sacramento and surrounding areas. Accommodation was excellent and was perfect for what we required. Close to local amenities and restaurants. We would recommend staying here.

Sandy's house is clean, comfortable, and absolutely lovely. A group of 4 of us had the house for 5 nights while attending a conference at UC Davis. The house was conveniently located (2 miles / 10 minute drive) and our check-in / check-out process was smooth. Sandy was so flexible about the check-in and check-out times as well, which made our trip all the more manageable. Leading up to our stay and throughout the visit, Sandy was always available and responded promptly to any questions or concerns. Thank you for a great stay!
