From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. It doesn't get any better! Large apartment, great location right on the sea with exciting excursion destinations in the area and an extremely friendly hostess. If the surroundings and the weather weren't so great, I would have liked to leaf through one or the other non-fiction book. The selection looked very exciting.

This place is one in a million because it is a reflection of an authentic , organic and natural Sardinian experience . No frills , no excess and very minimalist with the most spectacular and beautiful surroundings. Cannot go wrong staying here . We really enjoyed our time at Antonio's place. The location and views are absolutely unique. The house is very well equipped, we felt right at home. The way to the accommodation was not a problem with our travel enduros, for normal cars the way is rather not suitable. The beach is within 5-10 min walking. Overall, an absolute paradise that I can only recommend.

We really enjoyed our days with Michela. The accommodation is in a great location by the sea and there are lots of things to do in the area. The accommodation was very clean and perfectly equipped - we didn't miss anything. The communication was smooth and very good. She and her family made us feel very welcome. We can only recommend Michela's accommodation.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

We were there in the low season at the beginning of June. During our stay, the other two apartments in the house were not rented, so we had it very quiet. Our host Riccardo was super nice, the contact was straightforward and friendly. If we had questions, we quickly got an answer. The accommodation was a few minutes from the sea, but you could not go into the water directly at the house because it is rocky there. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the sandy beach. The beach is very nice and clean, with bright sand. There was a parasol in the apartment. There is a bar on the beach that offers drinks and snacks. In the village there is also a small supermarket. For larger purchases, however, it is a bit expensive, so it is recommended to shop in a larger city. The neighboring town of Santa Lucia is worth a visit. This is also located right by the sea and in the middle of the pine forest. There are numerous restaurants

Fantastic view from this apartment but mainly wanted to say how helpful the host was , responding to queries about the area and super prompt and helpful . Thank you ! We stayed as a family of 4 with young children and the host went out of their way to add an additional stair gate to the top of the stairs to give us piece of mind .

Beautiful apartment with exceptional views of the Mediterranean and the Bosa marina. Very high quality activities nearby: visit Bosa, beaches, panoramic coastal road towards Alghero. Beautiful villages close by. The apartment is located in a very quiet holiday village from which you can go out without any difficulty to enjoy all the amenities of the surroundings. Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

We just had a great stay at Dominique's place. The house, within a serviced apartment, was a pleasant surprise, very clean, well-appointed and a nice view of the sea and the swimming pool. It provides all necessary amenities. On the residence itself we cannot be objective because having stayed at the end of October, nothing was open. Foxi manna beach is a 3kms drive away, one restaurant bar was still open. This is the closest beach to the residence with fine sand. We'd love to come back in high season. The place is located in a quiet area, with a pool and a cove 3 min walk. It has tennis courts, soccer, volleyball. It is necessary to hire linens and towels if they do not take them. Access is very good. There is a parking just alado but you have to move the luggage by hand about 50 meters since it is a pedestrian area and the car does not access the house. It has air conditioning, which is greatly appreciated. The water is not drinkable almost anywhere on the island, so you have to buy before you go. If no food is brought there is a bar right in the development for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But it is advisable to stop as you leave the airport at some supermarket. Anyway there are shops in urbanizations nearby within a 5 min drive. But you should look at the times because it closes at noon. There is a community pool with 3 other houses. Very quiet and relaxing.

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and arranged everything in a flash! Although the pool is only filled at the beginning of April, Paola made sure that we had it available in March. The beach and the pine forest in front of it are very nice! Thanks for the lovely holiday! :-)

Four of us enjoyed our family vacation. The pool and view were fantastic. In addition, we were able to use a tennis court and football field. Everything was available in the house and very comfortably furnished. A stone beach was within walking distance, but with small children, it was challenging to swim. For the nearest sandy beach we each took the car (5 minutes). This one was beautiful and practical. Check in and check out were very flexible and hassle-free. Gladly again, thank you for a pleasant stay.

Enjoyed our stay at Maria Pasqua's. In Porto Alabe, there is the minimum but sufficient (1 pizzeria, 1 food fish street and 2 small shops). The beautiful city of Bosa nearby has many restaurants for all tastes. The beach is nearby and very beautiful. Several small hikes are possible. We recommend

A wonderful vacation in a cottage on a hill in the middle of nature overlooking the valley and the sea, with breathtaking sunrises and starry night sky - it couldn't be more beautiful! By car, everything like the beach, supermarket, restaurants can be reached in a few minutes. Check-in was also super easy, the place had everything we needed and Andrea responded quickly to every message and gave us tips. We enjoyed the time very much and would come back any time!

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. We had a great time at Sandro and Camilla's! They were very kind, helpful and personable. The house is huge, very tidy and clean, has 2 new bathrooms, comfortable beds, parking in front of the door and a terrace with views of the sea and the sunset. The kitchen is well equipped (dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave, stove, spices, …) There is no oven and no dishwasher, both did not bother us. All windows have fly screens, so we always had fresh air in the house even without air conditioning. Camilla was always available and helped us with questions or even came by once. She also gave us tips for excursions in the area. For shopping, you drive about 15 minutes to Riola. A car is necessary. We felt very comfortable and recommend the house with a clear conscience!!

Anna was very responsive for everything and extremely kind . The house is as pictured and very clean. The beach is really a 3 min walk away. Recommended +++
