This place is about as close to perfect as you'll get. Exceptionally clean, functional, and well organized. Numerous little touches made our stay beyond enjoyable.

Nicely decorated with ample shared spaces for up to 4 adults though we only had 2. One phone call was all it took to register to park on the city street. Neighborhood is up and coming though we felt There is upstairs noise as others have commented.

Connie and rich were amazing host . They showed love and kindness to us . If I need a place in kewaskum again i definitely would rent the place out again . Very beautiful place !

it's a spacious, clean, modern and comfortabele house in a quiet neighbourhood. about a 15 minuten walk from downtown and the riverfront. loved the place.

Clear instructions for parking and very easy check-in. It was actually closer to college Ave than we realized making out Saturday plans entirely walkable. We love it was pet friendly and we had our two dogs with us. There was a nice park right across the street for them to stretch their legs. Jodi’s place was incredibly clean and amenities were just right.

Nate was super easy to work with. We only stayed one night so we probably didn’t get to enjoy the house to the fullest but the game room was fun for the younger guests while we were there and the beds were comfortable.

The location is great! Right on the lake and beautiful views. The house is small, but was perfect the me and my 4 friends l. It didn't feel like we were on top of each other. It was a great place and we went and explored a bit of Neenah/Menasha as well. It's somewhere we would stay again!

So responsive and accommodating! Very close to the access and perfect driveway for our boat and truck. Great place to stay! Highly recommend!

Super cool property and cute little home. Quiet and cozy for our fam of three including infant, as well as our dog. Loved visiting the Oshkosh farmer’s market and enjoying the sunrises and sunsets at the house. We hope to return sometime, thanks!

The modest exterior of this house, in an old established and pleasant neighborhood, does not prepare you for the uncluttered and comfortable modern interiors. Lots of light wood, plants, and a spacious feeling. With three bedrooms upstairs plus two full bathrooms, , and an office / bedroom downstairs and another full bathroom , it can easily accommodate a family or three couples. There’s a large closet in every bedroom, so there’s room for clothes and luggage to be stored .Everything appeared spotless - the house was meticulously cleaned and thoughtfully arranged . The neighborhood is perfect for strolling , and very close to the Lawrence end of College Ave. The owners were very helpful, friendly, and responsive - living nearby. We would definitely stay there again on future trips to Appleton.

This peaceful property right on the water was exactly what we were looking for! We spent the weekend kayaking, reading on the patio, and watching wildlife from the dock. The house was a very clean and comfortable place to sleep and relax during a rainstorm. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Great coffee shop, brewery, and restaurants within 20 minute drive.

I have had the privilege of staying here before for 3 months while I built … the location is prime and even entertaining watching the golfers .. the lawn was cut timely and the bed was extremely comfortable… I was able to use the screen porch this time due to time of year… very enjoyable Thank you for your assistance Steve in letting me extend my stay as well!!

The house was as advertised and was very clean. Appreciated the little touches like the clothes steamer in the laundry room. Only negative was the walkway by the front step into the house is sinking and it was quite a steep step to get into the house.

Amazing place! Beautifully decorated and tons of amenities. We loved the location and being able to walk to lots of restaurants. Would love to stay again!

Brian’s instructions to check in was very good. The condo was very clean and the views were great. Short walks to great restaurants and the beach. Every night we ended our day sitting on the patio looking out at the lake. Definitely a place I’d rent again when I visit Sheboygan.

The accommodations were perfect for a large gathering. Lots to see and do just within walking distance. Beautiful location and the space was perfect for our family gathering. Great home with all you needs. Lovely bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Great time was had here Sally

Awesome place!

Very clean, comfortable, and lovely home. We loved that it was converted from a market- it added to its charm! You can hear footsteps upstairs at times, but it didn’t bother us at all and the home has a sound machine in the bedroom that we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

My mom and I stayed at Michelle’s place for a week. It was so wonderful! The pier was so peaceful in the afternoon! We really enjoyed our stay here!

I was impressed with how the place was laid out with the minimal space available. The rental is in an older building, but the rooms were very clean and taken care of, maybe even freshly painted. Bryant answered any questions I had and even went out of his way to make sure I could get my favorite channel on his TV. Very quiet and peaceful, but still close to nearby restaurants. I enjoyed my time there and would have no problem staying there again.

Had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for us. Loved the restaurants that we could walk to.
