Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Folly Beach

We loved our time at Camp Huron! The house is just as pictured. Stylishly decorated, minimal, but with everything you need. Highlights for us were the screened in porch, and outdoor shower. It's a great house for kids! A bit of quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the beach, but very close to the action. Carter was a great host, very communicative and helpful. We would 100% recommend this house for a great stay in Folly Beach.

This place is amazing! Perfect. Close to the beach and to food etc so that once we are on Folly we never have to leave and deal with the traffic.

Had a great stay at the March House! Plenty of room for our whole family and made for such an easy trip with the beach across the street. Would definitely return

Great stay at Erin and Zack’s place. Perfect location outside of downtown in a nice neighborhood with great restaurants and shopping. Beautiful outdoor space and large bonus room where we spent most of our time. Though I will say that since it’s an older home that’s been renovated, it does have some quirks. But Zack communicated well when we had some questions about how some things in the house worked. Overall, highly recommend

Wonderful spot for a quick Folly Beach getaway! The location was fantastic – easy walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Communication with Seth was excellent, super responsive and helpful. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend!

The house plan was very nice and view at the back great. It would help if you put a latch on patio door , it kept open when it was raining and the cloths got which were drying. Very nicely decorated!!!. Nice house. Padma

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Dawson’s property. Dawson was extremely communicative and is 100% the type of host we look for when booking through Airbnb. The property was exactly as advertised - close to downtown, Folly Beach, etc… in a very peaceful neighborhood setting. We’d definitely book through Dawson again!

We had the best time at Sam’s place! The location was perfect walking distance to the beach access ( literally one block away!). The house was sparkling clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. My husband cooked two nights out of our stay and the kitchen was fully equipped. The gas grill out back totally made his night. I really appreciated that beach chairs and towels were provided. It made packing for a beach trip so much lighter. The outdoor shower came in very useful after our day at the beach. Sam was a wonderful host- friendly, responsive, and was happy to give recommendations. You can tell he really cares about his guests and their experience at his property. We will absolutely be back!

Had a wonderful stay. Appreciated the attention to details, including the dog bowls. While we couldn’t see the ocean directly from our unit, it is so close and absolutely gorgeous. It is hard to explain the beach, it is breathtaking. The communication and instructions from Daphne were very helpful. This was a perfect location and unit. Would definitely consider staying here again. A few tips for next visitors - allow extra time, there is a lot a road construction en route to the island. And be aware that the unit is on the second floor, if steps are an issue. Special thanks to Daphne for opening her unit for others to enjoy.

Place was clean and nice. Location was fantastic. Lots of food and drink in walking distance. Beach was never crowded because the public could not get in through the Sea Cabins entrance.

Erikatina’s place was a great little space to stay for our time to explore Charleston. She was always very quick to respond to any questions. If we’re ever back in Charleston we’ll try to rent her place again.

We chose this house based on location to Daniel Island because we were in town to attend concerts. Conveniently located (quick 10 minute drive to venue) and everything we needed. Michael was very proactive with check-in details.

We had a wonderful stay at Sailor’s Rest. It’s a great location for families with young kids. We enjoyed the pool, fresh eggs, fish & walkable gardens. The beach was only apx a 10min drive, and the access card they give you made it very easy. 10/10 would recommend

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family of 4 (including 2 toddlers) and our dog. After tent camping for 5 days this was spacious for us, it’s all about perspective :). 15 minute drive to Folly Beach. Appreciated the air conditioning, equipped kitchen, clean space, and comfortable bed. Neighborhood was quiet and walkable. David was responsive and friendly. No complaints!

Clifton was extremely helpful! It was our 1st time renting a Airbnb & his responsiveness was very fast, making us feel completely at ease throughout our booking and stay. But the real highlight was the thoughtful, tailor-made day-by-day itinerary he provided. It was so much more than just a list – it was a beautifully curated guide. This level of personalized care is rare and incredibly appreciated.

Excellent location, very easy to get to the beach and to restaurants or the grocery store. A few things were missing upon check in but Kim was very accommodating and quick to bring them over to us. We look forward to coming back next year!

Jeffs place is a lovely cozy condo . Great for us, a couple, to stay in. It was very clean and has most everything we needed. Jeff is a very nice and responsive host . We were not expecting to be in such a public area but, we could walk to beach and that was great !

Really nice condo for the location at Wild Dunes. So easy to get to the beach. Mona was extremely responsive and helpful.

Elizabeth responded quickly to questions. She is friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. We enjoyed her condo so much we extended our stay. The condo itself was very clean and exactly as advertised. Very close to private pier and beach. Was nice to go to the beach without the crowds of public beaches. Very close to Patriotic Point, Forts Sumpter and Moultrie. Many restaurants within walking distance. We hope to make it back next year!

Two words: absolutely wonderful! Felt right at home the moment we walked in. It was exactly as pictured and described. Close to everything. 20 minutes from Charleston and 5 min drive to ocean. Beautiful water views from porch. Also enjoyed time at the pool. Fully stocked kitchen. We will be returning again.

I was very pleased with everything about the property. Hiroko is a wonderful host. He quickly responds to any and all questions. He has very clear and concise instructions for check in and check out. This made for a stress free get away

We loved our stay in Folly Beach!!! The place was beautiful and in a perfect location. 5 minute drive to the beach and all the restaurants you could want. They had beach chairs and towels available which was awesome. Definitely would recommend !!!
