Villa vacation rentals in Folly Beach

The condo at Mariners Walk was quiet, clean and a very easy walk to the beach and community pool. We forgot our parking pass and the rental company was quick to get security to deliver us a pass for our stay. There is security going into Wild Dunes, so you’re required to show when you drive in and out. Can’t beat this for a quiet beach getaway!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The view was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the whole unit was very clean and made you feel right at home. The only downside was the close beach access was closed due to dune work but that was not the hosts fault at all. We would love to come back!

What a great spot, right on the beach and perfect for our family vacation. Would love to come back next year!

Had a relaxing weekend in this perfect little condo. very clean, very quiet. we enjoyed being walking distance to the beach and club. nice view of the golf course where we got to see multiple deer, and alligators!

We had a wonderful time! The location was perfect, the condo was laid out well and all was as advertised.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seabrook! The place was newly renovated and absolutely spotless. It was a 4 minute drive to the beach and there was always parking. We loved the use of the resorts pools. We are already talking about booking for the same time next year!

Our family enjoyed staying at this great spot! Easy walk to the beach across the road, quiet location and close walk to the pool (which we had all to ourselves). Close to the Wild Dunes restaurants/shops! The host was very proactive in their communication during our stay and the place was very clean and plenty of room for our group. Would definitely book this location again!

This place was a dream, it was extremely clean, well decorated and very comfortable. Plus, it was bigger than it appeared to be in photos, which was a plus! Being in the resort was a HUGE plus, we traveled with our toddler and he was able to get use of the park up the street, resort perks, the pool, and of course the beach. I loved staying right on the beach and how private it was. No crowds and flourishing wildlife. I would highly recommend this place and will return next time we are in SC. It is pricy but worth it.

Place was beautifully appointed, only thing I would change is the fact that the toilets are very small and low, not good for an elderly person! Stairs to the two bedrooms on second floor are very steep and could use handrails. Other than that it’s pristine

Coastal over-communicated from the minute we booked the place. From the pet form to the gate instructions and amenity cards, they made it quick and easy to get everything set up just the way we needed. Took the family (wife and two kids under 10) away for a long weekend, we golfed, walked on the beach, hiked a little, shopped, cooked in, and just relaxed together away from home. Golf instructors AJ and Aaron were awesome and took great care of the family. We love this little island and will go back for sure.

We loved our stay here so much we didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect location for us. Steps to the beach, a bike rack right out front to store bikes for the week, playground and nest market were right around the corner. Not so far into Kiawah that it takes forever to get off the island, but was still beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen airbnb had everything we needed and more. Bed was super comfortable. Can’t say enough good about it. We loved our stay and are already trying to plan our trip back.

This roomy condo was exactly what we were looking for…plenty of space for our group in a location very near the beach. Check-in/-out was very easy and it had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Vicki’s villa on Seabrook. The location is perfect, private and peaceful, nestled in the Live Oaks with beautiful views from each of the FOUR outdoor areas. It is an easy walk to the beach and the club, which has a great pool and lounge area on an embankment overlooking the ocean. We love to cook, and the kitchen is fabulous, well appointed with all the equipment you need to make meals. Vicki and the management were also incredible with communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better week. We highly recommend Vicki’s villa—you will experience a peaceful escape and right at home.

This was our third time back to this location and it remains one of our favourite places. The unit is spacious, beautifully appointed with all the necessary amenities and then some. We like to cook while travelling and the kitchen is extremely well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and everything else you need to make a multitude of different meals. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms spacious. The views are spectacular … there is always a bird or deer or alligator to watch over coffee in the morning and then golfers in the afternoon! The Sanctuary Hotel is right next door if you’re looking for a special meal or spa treatment. The beach is about a 3 or 4 minute walk along a well defined boardwalk. Parking is a cinch right out front. If you’re in an upper unit in this building there are elevators which is very handy. We had a minor issue with the smoke alarms and the host responded immediately and took care of the problem efficiently. Can’t wait to come back again!

Palm Bungalow was the perfect fit for our week long vacation for my husband and I. It was exactly what we had in mind with the beach being a 4 min walk just across the road. Freshfields Village and Night Heron Park was an easy 15-20 min bike ride which we loved doing in the mornings. The villa complex was private and serene itself and the unit was adorably decorated and extremely fresh and clean feeling. We loved our first experience in KI and will def be back !

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The location was peaceful with a great view and right by a beach boardwalk. The inside looked to have been recently updated and it was done with exquisite taste. The kitchen was gorgeous and the bathrooms had a spa-like feel. It was decorated beautifully and tastefully. I appreciated that it had everything needed, but was clutter-free!

An excellent location with a great view of the lagoon, this condo was the perfect place to unwind with a week of Spring Break biking and beach walks. Comfy furniture both inside and out and a well-appointed kitchen made for an easy rainy Sunday as well as a few lazy evenings in. Night Heron Park and the beach are only minutes away by bike or on foot, making the Park Villas a convenient location for couples and families alike. We'd stay at this condo again.

We had a great stay on Isle of Palms at Michael’s place, where we felt comfortable and relaxed! The place was practically on the beach and was a convenient walk to a small coffee shop and lunch spot, so ideally located. We especially appreciated the great recommendations to local restaurants. Had an absolutely amazing stay! Wanted a direct beachfront accommodation and this place delivered! We woke up every morning looking straight out at the ocean... could walk off the screened porch, over the dunes and be directly on the beach. It looked just like the pictures, and the surrounding area was beautiful. Very nicely decorated, very clean, and we had no issues or problems during our week here. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great property for a short Kiawah stay. The interior of the property was even nicer and newer than the photos and have everything we needed. It is well located within the Kiawah resort. The porch is a wonderful place to relax and watch the birds and other wildlife.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It is very true to the pictures. It is a beautiful location. The home is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and to enjoy your beach experience. It was quiet and everyone was friendly. I can’t wait to return!
