Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

The Den

Great ground floor studio in the West End of Folkestone. A couple of minutes walk to "The Leas" and a serious flight of steps to the beach. "The Den" has everything you need for a private getaway. Unfortunately the council have now restricted on road parking to residents permits only 😩, and I’m unable to get visitors parking permits as I’m not a resident there. Please note we have booked to put new flooring in the room and the bathroom on the 18th September.

Our top floor apartment is situated right on the seafront. Triple windows offer uninterrupted views of the sea. Take a stroll along Hythe's beautiful beach, or a short wander to the High Street and soak up the cafe culture. Relax in the lounge and take in the sea views or prepare a delicious meal in the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The much-loved farmhouse table comfortably sits 6.
