It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Stylish finishes, fun entertainment for a whole family includes foosball table, basketball play and arcade machine. In the office area there is a twin day bed with trundle that can sleep two guests. The creek in the back of the home, that flows into Lake Lanier, is lightly active and creates a nice soundtrack for evenings on the back decks.
