You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Great Green Room offers a completely private entry, living space, and bathroom. It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

You can lounge on the dock, fish, swim, kayak, boat, visit Margaritaville/ Lake Lanier Islands, dine at Park Marina, rent jet skis and paddle boards, hike, picnic and much more for a fun filled holiday.

Windows everywhere make it feel like a tree house, on the lake. Our families home is all about family & friends gathering and having fun. The spaces in the home are very socially engaging. Take an easy 45 second, walk to the lake in our quite cove and go for an evening canoe, its pretty special. Bring your own boat and tie up at the dock if you prefer. The creek in the back of the home, that flows into Lake Lanier, is lightly active and creates a nice soundtrack for evenings on the back decks.
