Our charming Kampa Cottage on Lake Lanier is a ideal location for vacation getaways for Families-Couples-Friends. The house has 3 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 7-8. It offers big unobstructed panoramic views of the lake, year round deep water and a large covered private dock. You can lounge on the dock, fish, swim, kayak, boat, visit Margaritaville/ Lake Lanier Islands, dine at Park Marina, rent jet skis and paddle boards, hike, picnic and much more for a fun filled holiday.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located right in the heart of downtown but perfectly placed on the hill so you have plenty of privacy. This home is so cozy with a comfortable back den to cuddle up to watch movies, a front living room for adult time and a screened in porch for rocking in the breeze. Sleeps 4 in Queen br and on bunks in library. . $35 pp extra charge for more than 4 guests. Pvt entrance to large and spacious lower level. Private patio and fire pit overlooks the lake. I live on the main level and avail if you need anything. 18 ft ceilings and french doors look onto lake. Large tv area, library, bunk room, pool table and bar. Full kitchen. May use dock, kayaks, canoe, grill. Secluded cove for swimming, fishing. Special situations and longer stays are an option!

Your floor is the lower level, 2,600 sq. feet has a private entrance with key pad, laundry, & kitchen. 3 bedrooms, sitting room, bonus rooms, 2 bathrooms. Property owners reside in upper level. Access to pool area ( May 15 - Sept. 5) a wooded back yard creek, firepit, a beautiful wooded neighborhood for leisure walks, 0.9 mile to restaurants, grocery store & gas stations. 6 miles to downtown Gainesville, GA., and within 30 minute drive to Helen, Dahlonega, hiking trails & waterfalls.

Lakeside Retreat is a cozy cabin perfect for couples on Lake Lanier. It is located in Dawsonville, Georgia with close proximity to numerous wineries, downtown Dahlonega, outlet mall shopping, wedding venues, and so much more. The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with most anything you might need while traveling. You will love the jetted tub as well as the comfy king bed. (You will have the entire place to yourselves as the basement portion is currently being used as storage.)
