Parker Place! Walk 2 Local Hotspots

SydneeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The house was great. You can tell it’s an older home and the bathroom has a faint odor but I’m sure that’s due to the age of the house too. I was a little nervous when reading the reviews that the house wouldn’t stay cool enough but it was PERFECT! Very easy and convenient location. The backyard was awesome for our dog! Overall I would give our stay a 10/10!

Walton Woods Green Cottage

KristinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Wonderful area! This was perfect for us, the dog and kids! We were in town for a wedding at Eden Gardens. We had several people staying at the neighboring houses. We did bring extra pillows and blankets and extra towels and washcloths. The queen bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Thankfully Charles offered to get us a mattress cover and that helped for the second night, but unfortunately the first night caused back issues we’re still dealing with. We didn’t have a pan for the oven so borrowed one from one of the other houses. The frying pans were dirty, so we cleaned them before using. There was a fire pit that would’ve been fun if we had more time. Overall, due to the sleeping situation we wouldn’t stay in this Green house again but would return to one of the other houses due to the amazing location and peacefulness of this spot!

Location!!! We flew in, and ubered to the Airbnb. The only other time we ubered was when we needed to go back to the airport. The location of Laura’s place is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores - which we loved!! We can’t wait to come back here. Highly recommend Laura’s place! Also, Laura and Clara are both jems and communicated with us very well :)

Charming East Hill Cottage

Aldo MartinRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Context: Argentinean couple visiting - 2 small dogs - $180/night. Beautiful neighbourhood, close to the bridge to the beaches, with parks to walk or excercise as close as 2 blocks from the cabin. The cabin is small but very nice, everything was clean and had all the necessary supplies. The shower and the bed were great. Cooking can only be done with a microwave. Parking is on the street -no issues since it seems safe-. Small patio between the cabin and the house where you can sit to enjoy fresh air. We trully enjoyed our stay, Terri was very polite and clear in her instructions, we had privacy and felt comfortable at all times. It was our first time visiting Pensacola and were able to tour different places since the cabin is almost mid-point between places you can visit. We would definitely recommend it, it's a 5 stars in all aspects.

This was a great vacation rental that was beautifully decorated, and conveniently located to shopping, golf course, restaurants. There were 2 bedrooms but a day bed offered additional space. The house was very tastefully decorated and well maintained. You could easily spend your entire time on the resort and not even need to leave.

Cute little place. Exactly what you need for a quick stay. Bring a lap top or tablet if you like to watch tv before sleeping. No tv in bed room but some people prefer it that way. Was left alone and didn’t want for nothing ! Close to everything including the airport !

Tucked Away Tiny

We enjoyed our stay at the tiny home. My brother and I are traveling contractors and it was just big enough for the two of us. It was peaceful, with a nice deck and spacious driveway. Tiffany and her husband were very accommodating and responsive. He even brought my Amazon package to me one day. Definitely will repeat when we’re back in the area!

Rosie was a great host. She was very responsive to text and also had concern for us traveling late at night and even wanted to be notified when we arrived. It did not matter what time. She also checked in to make sure that we were having a good time And that everything was in order. As we checked out, she wished us safe travels and said we were welcome to come back anytime which we definitely will.

I had an amazing stay at Clara's Cottage! The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The space was exactly as described—if not better—super cozy and comfortable. Clara was an incredible host; she was friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions I had. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing and convenient spot to stay!

Fairhope Farm Stay

Frances was great to work with. She appears to be selective on who she rents to and I would do the same. Her location is gated and private. It was very comfortable inside the unit and the land she is on is fantastic. There are goats and you will see chickens and ducks walking around. It's very peaceful there. If you want to go into town, it's a quick 10 minute ride. The unit itself is well equipped and very clean. She is very clear in her instructions and I would recommend this rental for a nice getaway and relaxing location.

Tiny House Experience.

EthanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Staying in this tiny home with Felix as our host was simply…PERFECT. I highly recommend staying here. Everything was clean, extremely private with our own little gate we could open and close. Each night the sounds of the forest soothed us until dawn when the birds would sing for us. The space has everything you need we cooked many meals and shared wine at night and coffee in the morning. I felt as a kid again in a perfect and safe neighborhood. If you have a chance to book this, please romanticize every moment. This is so underrated. One of the best places I’ve stayed in. That’s saying a lot. We travel quite a bit. Tonight I’ll dream I’m in that bed sleeping to the sounds of the crickets or rain and hopefully waking up there, hahah! This place is the REAL DEAL. 10/10.
