Absolutely nice place to stay. The balcony was absolutely amazing. I will be rebooking some time in the future.

The place was great and exactly as described. I wish our unit had its own washer and dryer. Other than that it was great!! Will do again!

Marina's place was tastefully decorated and beautifully updated. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. The ocean water was so clear we could see stingrays, fish and dolphins from our balcony. She had just about anything you need for a beach vacation in the condo. Check in was a breeze. We appreciated that there was no key but instead code for door so we didn't have to worry about carrying a key around. Marina gave clear, timely communication. The whole experience was fantastic.

Alicia was the perfect host. Her response time was incredible, making my stay amazing. I recommend her place to anyone. I will be definitely returning.

This was a great place to stay. It was near a lot of fun activities but still private as well. We enjoyed the chair service everyday and thought this beach area was the most beautiful (we,ve stayed all over this Florida coast). We will definitely come back!

Flip Flops On Air BnB was a great location just 2 minutes from the beach. This place had everything you need, a comfortable bed, beach towels, bath towels, shared pool, coffee maker, kitchen area, dish washer, great water pressure in shower, internet, and TV options at the end of the day. Being minutes from the beach allowed us to go back and forth throughout the day as needed and no worries about parking. The location was quiet and peaceful and not overall crowded like other beaches in the area. The best part of this place are the hosts Mark and Pam who sent numerous recommendations to us everyday. Their recommendations included restaurants, places with activities whether it be music, movies, outdoor activities or the NCAA championship on big screen at the Chill. Depending on the weather, they recommended different things which was a great touch. We would definitely recommend staying at Mark and Pam's place.

Thank you for a great stay at your lovely condo! It was the perfect place for my solo getaway with my pups! Loved the privacy and private beach access across the street. Perfect location. Bed was super comfortable too! Very clean and had all of the amenities. Highly recommend to others and hope to stay again in my next trip!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

This condo is beautiful!! So spacious & accommodated us perfectly for our family trip! This was my first time renting from Airbnb and the host made everything peaceful and seamless Pete is the best host ever! Very hospitable, and knowledgeable of the area, he made me feel super comfortable and welcome to the city. Thank you so much for everything!

We stayed during the face lift. Even though balcony was closed. I couldn’t be any closer to the beach without pitching a tent! Absolutely great location. Host was great even had some beach chairs and toys available.

My family & I loved our stay. Having easy & close access to the beach was so great & I loved that Carrie had umbrellas, towels, chairs, toys & even a cooler for us to use during our stay. Having a beach cart would be nice but we did ok without one. The area is quiet & although there was construction right next to us, it was not a disturbance during our stay. If we make it back to PCB I would love to stay with Carrie again.

I must start by saying that our stay was very pleasant. The host was also very friendly and responded quickly to all my questions. The apartment is very well located. The beach is right across the street, very close and easily accessible. The apartment is very well equipped and laid out. I loved the clean smell upon entering, so I give it a 10/10. I just want to highlight two things: there is no elevator (something we already knew because the host clarified it before booking), so avoid bringing too much stuff to avoid overwhelming yourself. The building is quite old, and the ground floor wasn't very clean. However, as for the apartment itself, we really liked it. My family and I enjoyed it during our beach vacation. I also want to thank the hosts for allowing pets; it's definitely a plus.

Canh was an excellent host. He left us plenty of information for our stay. He reached out to me our first night to make sure we had everything we needed and was okay. The condo looks exactly like the pictures in the listing, just beautiful. A very spacious and clean condo. The balcony gives those perfect views of the beach and the pool. It was also nice to have a parking spot on the same level as the condo. The staff are very present around the property - cleaning, helping guest, and keeping guest safe. There are renovations currently going on but that did not disrupt our stay. We would stay here again if we decided to vacation in PCB!

Kim’s PCB condo on the beach was absolutely breathtaking and perfectly matched the photos and description that was provided. The beach access was perfect, the view was magical for my family. There was so much to do from dolphin cruises to restaurants to hanging out finding shells at the beach and playing in the ocean. We will definitely be back to visit Kim’s place in the future and recommend it to our friends and family! She was so responsive and sweet before and during our trip! We really appreciated her hospitality!

This place is exceptional. It has two bathrooms and I love how the master is far from the living room. I felt like the kids could sleep and we could still be up. The location is perfect. Going back and forth from the beach is so easy with littles. The chairs every day being included is the cherry on top. I can’t wait to book this location again!

WHERE TO START?! BOOK THIS CONDO, you WILL NOT be disappointed! Everything about this place is outstanding! We had the most amazing time. It is maintained spectacularly! As well as the amenities! You can tell all around everyone cares about this property. The pools were amazing. Such a short distance to the beach. Excellent location for everything you could want to do. I could go on for days but you just need to experience it for yourself! We cannot wait to book again for next year!

Amazing stay!!! I love the privacy this location has, car passes were checked every single time we came in so it keeps out people who aren’t actually staying on property. Elevators were always fast. Beach chairs included made it so much easier too!

Just as advertised- million dollar view for sure!!! The balcony alone and being on the second floor in this low rise condo building sells this place! We enjoyed breakfast and lunch from the balcony everyday. The condo has everything you could possibly need or desire! Additionally, the location is spectacular and definitely on the quieter side of PCB but close enough to restaurants and activities. Thank you for sharing this phenomenal place with us!
