Our cottage is located in a very quiet residential area, 15mn to the beach (Bal Harbor area).20mn from both Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airports, Located in the backyard of the main house but separate and with an independent entry. Enjoy our tropical garden and beautiful pool, in the back of our house. Share with owner only, we give priority to our guests to enjoy it! Parking available in our front yard. No kitchen but microwave and fridge. TV, cable and WIFI. It is suggested to have a car.

Charming private back pool house on a fenced property in a quiet neighborhood close to US 1, the Turnpike, the Keys, Nascar and the Homestead Speedway, and the Everglades. You are 15-20 minutes from the Speedway, 20 minutes from the Everglades, and 30 minutes from Key Largo. We were so grateful to find Ben’s place for our stay. The proximity to everything was outstanding! I cannot describe how convenient it was to find a place so close to the beach without staying in a condo. You also can’t beat having beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach supplies already provided. This is by far the most accommodating AirBNB I’ve been too. There is also incredible water pressure which really hits the spot after a long day at the beach. I was also very pleased that 4 of our 5 days the beach was scantly populated which was also a huge plus for us! As mentioned it is a smaller space but it worked perfectly for my boyfriend and I.

Stephen and Sylvia's cottage was PERFECT and such a gem in South Miami. I stayed while moving my son out of UMiami, and the location and proximity to the school was perfect. The Guesthouse had everything I could ask for in accommodations. The cottage is serene and peaceful, and located right next to the main house. The beddings were AMAZING and I slept like a rock with the calming sound of the little fountain in the courtyard. The Guesthouse had a delicious coffee and tea setup, a microwave and a refrigerator. For working, there is a nice desk and also an lovely outdoor patio table/chair. Sylvia and Stephen were wonderfully communicative, and very accommodating when I had to make modifications to my plans. There's a nice large TV and a beautiful, spacious and updated bathroom. I can't say enough good things about this property which is in a historic neighborhood with period homes that overlook the canal. It was so refreshing to live among the locals. I can't wait to stay again!

c'était la première fois pour nous à Miami avant mon arrivée yamira a été disponible dans toutes mes demandes concernant le logement les moyens de transport les supermarchés aux alentours elle a été d'une très grande utilité avant mon arrivée et pendant mon séjour dans son logement. nous avons eu une accueil super à l'arrivée du logement. l'endroit est juste magnifique avec tout le confort que nous avons besoin une petite terrasse privée avec un petit jardin très agréable. concernant le mobilier cela est très bien entretenu la cuisine très bien équipée avec tous les éléments que nous avons besoin pour cuisiner. la chambre très bon confortable. et tous les équipements mise à disposition afin que nous se sentent confortables durant notre séjour. je recommande le logement de Yamina. que ce soit en couple ou avec un enfant cela est très agréable et espacieux. le quartier aussi est très calme nous avons tout à proximité concernant les restaurants les supermarket pharmacie tout est bien

George war eine super Gastgeber immer freundlich und hat schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. George ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
