Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Florida Keys

Our stay at Serenity at Sombrero was beyond our expectations. The home was clean, comfortable and in beautiful location. We had a lot of activities booked for our vacation but there was plenty to do right at the house with the private pool and spa, fishing dock and kayaking the canals and mangrove tunnels. The Manatees swimming in the canal and visible from the dock were an added bonus. The host was responsive to our inquiries and went above and beyond by personally retrieving personal property we left behind and sending them to us. We would definitely book this vacation again!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse in Marathon, FL. It was easy to find and was a great spot for our family to relax in between outdoor adventures. The yard was beautiful and the neighborhood is quaint and quiet, although neighbors are very close by. We were surprised to find that the kitchen was not very well-stocked. There were limited pots and pans, which made cooking a challenge. There were no extra things like coffee filters or salt and pepper. Not exactly things that are required but definitely items that come in very useful for families on vacation.

We stayed here on a family trip to the keys with my family and my boyfriend’s family. We had a fantastic time! The Airbnb was well located and beautiful in the inside! The canal access with boat slip was very nice as we rented a boat while we were there. There was loads of room and space for us to spread out without feeling like we were stepping on each other‘s toes! It was also Extremely clean. I will say that it was a little difficult to keep the place air-conditioned in the evening if you had the sunshades up. As the sun reflects directly into the property during the afternoon hours. Another small problem we had was with a few of the door locks and handles. It seems like one of the locks was a little difficult to open as the handle was not fully or correctly attached to the door. (Pull up the handle instead of pushing down and you’ll be able to get through it. )But other than that, the stay was amazing! I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

Good location, within a few miles of beautiful beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. If you like to spend time on the beach I recommend that you bring beach chairs if you can. I asked before arriving if beach chairs were available, I was told we could use the cabana club membership. Although it was nice we didn’t care to go to that very small beach esp since you can’t even take a water bottle in with you, with that being said it would be nice if the rental had beach chairs for tenants. Master bedroom was very spacious and had a king bed. Maybe time to replace the mattress tho. Guest room was also spacious and beds were much more comfortable. Very nice outdoor space could use some type of cover over the patio to provide some shade. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Terrence and his wife are great hosts. This was my 2nd time staying there and I will book his place again, they make you feel right at home. I likemany things about their place including the peacefull neighborhood. I highly recommend the hosts and their house.

Host was very responsive and visit was very pleasant.

Overall, location was great, and really walkable to much of the city. Checking in and out of the house was a breeze! The beds were very comfortable and place appeared generally well maintained upon our arrival. Kitchen was a little short on quality and quantity of pots & pans to cook with, and state of the hanging shelf was a little disconcerting, but tableware and utensils were sufficient.

The location is amazing. Minutes walk to the beach, the shops, and all the restaurants on Ocean Drive. The area is very quite and peaceful. Donna was extremely accommodating and assisted us promptly with all our needs.

Great place thank you for being accommodating

This home was quaint and cozy. Very clean and private which I appreciated the most. The pool and fountain were beautiful especially at night with the lights. However, the paid washer and dryer leaves something to be desired. Very small room and the machines are easily wonky I couldn’t even wash a small load due to the machine not pouring water out at all since it was apparently leaning. Cool spots in the area and a quiet neighborhood though. Overall good experience minus a few inconveniences.

The space is excellent and the host was very helpful and the check-in was very smooth.

My husband and I stay at Airbnbs a lot. From the east coast to the west coast of the US and even in the UK. John’s place is by far one of our favorites. He was extremely detailed in his description online and in his communications with us via email and text before and after our visit. We felt at home and comfortable instantly from the screened in lanai overlooking the water and dolphins to the relaxing king-sized bed and spacious bathroom. We also loved the local restaurants that were within walking distance that provided excellent food as well as live music. I would highly recommend John’s Airbnb if you are planning a visit to Marco Island. We will definitely be booking again when we are back in the area.

Excellent apartment with direct access to the beach. The condition of the unit is very good, the interior combinations make it very modern. The kitchen is fully equipped. The hotel is also very nice considering it's from 1948. Aspects to review: the operation of the A/C and the cleaning of the window panes that were very dirty.

We stayed on the 34th floor and loved the sweeping views of the beach and inland waterways. Access to the beach was easy, and it was a nice touch that chairs and towels were provided—though their availability was somewhat limited and didn’t always align with our schedule. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, though a bit sparsely furnished. If you're planning to cook, just keep in mind that the kitchen is minimally equipped. There aren’t many restaurants within immediate walking distance, but public transportation and Uber made getting around very easy. All in all, a great stay—I’d definitely recommend it and would be happy to return!

Everything was beautiful! My family spent a lot of time on the balcony where we had excellent views of both the water and the city. Safety is paramount to us and we had no instances where we felt unsafe at any point! This area is very family friendly. I had meetings in Miami and this location gave me multiple options for avoiding traffic.

From a person that goes to Miami a lot, this place is a 10/10 — honestly felt like staying at a luxury hotel. The apartment is spotless, beautifully designed, and super comfortable. Everything feels new and high-end, from the linens to the kitchen setup. The building amenities are next level — the gym felt like Equinox, the pool area is incredible (huge and stylish with great vibes), and having access to a private beach club made the whole experience feel exclusive. You’re also just a few minutes from amazing restaurants and the beach, but the area stays calm and peaceful. Check-in was super smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful the whole way through. Would 100% stay again — probably one of the best Airbnb setups I’ve seen in Miami. Will be back 100%.
