Great place to stay if you are staying around the Hollywood Boardwalk! Had all amenities listed and Rich was very responsive and kind. Literally a 45 second walk to the beach. Walking distance to a Mart and Liquor store. Had many restaurants around and a few seconds walk to Haagen-Dazs if ya feelin a lil dessert. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Jens apartment was perfect for what we needed, it was clean and well taken care of. The view an access to the beach was awesome. It was very clean and velet with no parking fee a major plus. The apartment had everything u needed to cooking food and beach chairs and unbrella, beach toys if u have little ones. The beach was clean and water was clear. We mainly enjoyed the beach and did some site seeking out if Miami. If your looking to adventure in south beach or anywhere in Miami there is no parking at all you best bet is to a taxi or uber. Plan on spending a lot of money at restaurants. We loved the apartment and the beach but that was mainly it for Miami. Its a huge tourist spot so if u plan to just stay in Miami save your money on a car rental. If you want to adventure out like we did then rent a vehicle. I would definately rent from Jen again it was a perfect apartment for us and the price and convince was exactly what we was looking for. Thanks again Jen it was a perfect hidden

Excellent stay, this is the second time I've stayed here, and I'll definitely be back. The service is very good from the time you arrive until you leave. The included breakfast is excellent, it has variety, they lend chairs and umbrellas for the beach at no additional cost, the bed is comfortable and the room is just as seen in the photos, very comfortable. I was able to check in before the time, at no cost, which I thought was fabulous, you can also store your bags. It's close to everything, bus stops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, even a clothing store like Ross and Target, and best of all, it's a stone's throw from the beach. In short, 10/10. I recommend it 100%

This is a great place to stay. It has wonderful ocean views and South Beach's southern skyline. A great combination. It is relatively quiet and you can open the balcony at night and fall asleep to the sounds of the sea. The apartment is equipped with all necessary equipment. TV and internet worked perfectly! The kitchen is great. I didn't understand the dishwasher until the end, but it worked a few times as well. ;) The bed in the bedroom is super comfy, the sofa in the living room hard, but my buddy liked it. The neighbors are almost never there and very quiet. Due to the weather, we did not get to use the pool, but I think that is also quite nice. The host is very nice and supported and helped us a lot. All in all an unforgettable holiday. Thank you!

I loved this place! It was so clean and nice. The hotel is beautiful and the employees are always really nice and helpful. The room inside is comfortable and it is equipped with everything we needed, even towels and beach chairs on the beach. I also loved the location, it was close to a lot of different stores and places to buy things but far away enough to be relaxed. I highly recommend this place

A true home away from home ! The living and sleeping spaces are large and cozy, and well decorated. The pool has a great mix of sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. What a cool view of the intercostal waters, yet also private vibe. Johnny and Michael suggested several delicious restaurants and nightlife, all within walking distance. I will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our party got exactly what we were looking for at Historic Cigar Barons Mansion! Walkable to most things yet a private and peaceful garden oasis. Charles made us feel like the place was ours to relax and entertain ourselves however we wanted. The pool was an absolutely beautiful space to wind down after our day excursions. The kitchen and grilling amenities meant we could either dine in or walk to one of amazing restaurant choices, followed by a night out on Duval. Charles was flexible with our arrival and departure making the trip and easy as can be.
