Bo’s listing was just as described. Check in instructions were very clear with photo directions. We were upgraded to a higher floor with an amazing sunset and the parking garage access was a huge plus. Bo was very friendly and responsive for our entire stay. The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were great. Everyone in the building was also very friendly and the location was walkable to Bayside. I would definitely recommend booking with Bo.

I absolutely loved everything about this property. It was right on the beach and the views were incredibly amazing! It came with everything we needed and everything www nearby and convenient. Check in was easy and instructions were prompt. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a peaceful getaway. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Place was very clean and cute. Love the little touches. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap was so nice along with coffee, creamer, and water station.

Incredibly great spot on SoBe with everything within walking distance. The flat is beautifully furnished and spotless clean. Have stayed several times and will return!

It was our second stay at this beachfront apartment and it was as great as we remember. Super clean and tidy, a quiet place with not a lot of tourists, just a couple steps onto the beach, and great restaurants. Not much more you can ask for! Dawn was an amazing host, she always responded quickly and was very flexible with us. We enjoyed our second stay and I’m sure we’ll be back in the future!

We enjoyed our trip to Fort Lauderdale. Great views from the balcony. Great location on the beach. Had a delicious dinner at Takato (at hotel).

I stayed here for 3 nights with 2 friends to attend a wedding and we enjoyed ourselves very much! The location alone was worth 5 stars, a great value for the price. The beach and great restaurants were just a few steps away. Hosts were friendly and always responded quickly. We didn’t have any issues during our stay so I didn’t need to reach out but I know if I had I would’ve gotten help in a timely manner. Beautiful backyard space to enjoy, we played cards and enjoyed listening to the local music at night. We drove from a few states away so we arrived late at night, we did need to circle the block a second time to find the home but I imagine during the day it would’ve been very easy to find. Something to note if you are clumsy like me or traveling with someone older-the shower floor is incredibly slippery, I would recommend bringing a non slip mat. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Thanks for a great time!

This property was a great find, conveniently situated to NSU. The home is spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Maria was very responsive and accommodated our requests. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful home. We had such a wonderful stay - Everything we didn’t bring was provided. We felt right at home. Everything was so clean and comfortable. We had more than enough room to relax and enjoy ourselves when at the house. We went for walks around the neighborhood and saw lots of lizards and birds and beautiful plants and trees Having a washer and dryer on a beach vacation is a must. So thankful for that luxury. The screened in back porch at night was my favorite part, so nice sitting out there at night. Everything was perfect I cannot even think of 1 thing that would’ve made it any better. I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, making check-in and check-out super easy. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway!

Plenty of room for all the family and their families. We enjoyed all the backyard amenities with pool, kyacks, boat dockage and fish cleaning station. There was sufficient seating for everyone and a great area to hangout. The only things we struggled with was TVs didn’t work properly in some of the rooms, no washcloths or kitchen towels available. With that being said, we will definitely consider renting Ryan’s place again in the future!

Carlos place was great. We had a good time in the pool and had a really good time fishing. it was peaceful and quiet and the home was really spacious. I would definitely rent his home again. Thanks Carlos for the enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful family staycation in this house. Hosts Nicholas and Chelsea have created a vacation paradise. A very comfortable home and with so much to do, a gorgeous pool and patio, a mini golf course, bikes, games... no one wanted to leave the house. A chef's kitchen, comfy beds. Very clean. Their attention to detail and attentiveness during our stay were appreciated. They provide instructional videos for how things work in the house which was very helpful. We traveled with a baby and they offered many necessary items. It's in a fun, walkable neighborhood close to a nice park and a few fun places to eat. Highly recommend!

I will definitely be back! This was the smoothest air bnb process i’ve ever experienced. The host was extremely responsive even though I checked in pretty late which was super appreciated. P.S. The views are incredible! I can’t wait to return for longer next time.

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

The photos don’t do this place justice! Views are better than expected and the space in general feels a bit bigger than the photos. The host is responsive and was always trying to help when possible. Thanks for having us!

I had a great time at Montse's condo with my family! The check in process was easy and everyone was so kind and accommodating. Montse was quickly responsive to questions and welcoming. The condo itself was immaculate and stocked with all the essentials you could possibly need for your stay. We loved the pool and amenities! Having garage parking was very convenient as well. Only downside was it was a bit loud at night, but that is expected for summer in Miami! Thank you Montse!

My bridesmaids and I came to Miami for my bachelorette trip and this condo truly exceeded our expectations! It was spotless, spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable and we felt safe with all the security that the building offered. There’s so many shops and food places downstairs which was so convenient! Also the view of the water on the balcony and even from the rooms was incredible!! The condo was also centrally located and close to the main sites.
