Vacation home rentals in Floresta

We were two Canadian couples staying for 5 nights (after visiting Milano/Genova), with a car that we rented at Catania airport. We arrivred at 9PM but our host Nando was communicating us and received us in person. Upon arrival, fridge had some complimentary sandwiches, juice drinks and snacks, and a delicious homemade cake. Lovely place, peaceful, spacious, additional to detail, comes as advertised. Beautiful 180 degree view, when sitting outside by the pool, and even from main salon/kitchen. Loved the bedrooms and in particular the high quality mattresses and sheets. Made good use of the washing machine as we had a lot of laundry from our first week in Italy. Nando was very thoughful and proactive in checking in on us and suggesting places to visit and eat at. Good location, about a 10-15 minute drive to Taormina parking and a short drive to get on highway to visit Mount Etna or Syracuse/Ortigia. We had a wonderful stay in Sicily, thank you Nando!

We stayed 2 weeks and it was a great base for exploring the east side of Sicily and Etna. A hire car is essential as the apartment is located in a quiet spot away from the main centres. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with great views from the wrap around balcony. The swimming pool was a real bonus - we made use of it most days. Salvatore & Antonio were very helpful and responsive to requests (many thanks!). Highly recommended if, like us, you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

I think this is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! The gardens were magical full of butterflies and birds, lemons and oranges. The pool was amazing, so long, great for lengths with stunning views. The accommodation was really comfortable and cool. There was a very handy washing machine too. Salvatore and Costanza were perfect hosts, giving us lots of information and food and wine waiting when we arrived. Salvatore recommended the Etna refuge circuit and lent us his guide book, we saw Etna erupting! Thank you for a truly wonderful family stay 😊 we would return in a heartbeat.

Appartement très bien situé. À proximité de l’arrêt « Archi » lorsque l’on prend l’Alibus depuis l’aéroport. Proche de la gare routière si l’on souhaite poursuivre son séjour en Sicile avec les bus. Logement spacieux, des rangements. Idéal pour un séjour de 3/4 nuits. Hôte réactif et très bonne communication. Je recommande 👍

It was a lovely place and very easy to get to the main tourist spots and harbour. Paola gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby.

Eu e meu marido reservamos este lindo Airbnb bem em cima da hora, e nos sentimos extremamente sortudos! A casa é um imóvel local recentemente reformado, e esbanja charme e autenticidade. Carmen foi muito simpática e comunicativa, e nos recebeu muito bem. É raro hoje em dia ver um host que te recebe pessoalmente e que te da todas as dicas do lugar. Letojanni em si é uma cidadezinha encantadora, com ótimas praias e restaurantes. A proximidade do Airbnb com Taormina e Forza D’agro nos permitiu fazer todos os passeios possíveis. Enfim, fizemos uma ótima escolha e recomendamos muito este Airbnb!

Diese Unterkunft war das Highlight unseres Urlaubs! Schade dass wir nicht länger gebucht haben. Wir wurden sehr sehr herzlich empfangen und die Umgebung ist noch schöner als erwartet. Sauber, gemütlich, genial eingerichtet und absolut zum wohlfühlen. Speziell die Möglichkeit im Garten zu kochen war grandios. Ohne Auto nicht möglich, aber das macht es ja aus... einmal Raus und richtig abschalten können. Jederzeit wieder!!!

The drive down toward the water is in a small alley, get a small car. We were able to find a parking spot every day. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you need. Easy walk to town for restaurants., there is a pathway along the water and rocks. Our host was responsive and friendly. Access to the water with stairs to the rocks. Quiet surroundings. Would definitely recommend.

En dejlig bolig tæt på vandet med smukkeste udsigt. Dejlig seng hvor vi sov fantastisk. Jeg vil fremhæve at vi fik mulighed for at tjekke ind tidligere end normalt. Denne fleksibilitet værdsætter vi meget. Vi kommer gerne igen☀️👌😀

This was one of the best stays we have had. We travel all over and truly this was probably the new number one experience! Jacky was SO helpful, like above and beyond, helping us with questions and taxis etc etc. The suite was incredibly comfortable and clean and so nice. It was like we were the first to ever stay. Cleaning every morning. And what everyone is saying about the shower & bathroom is true….life changing….. Not to mention, the perfect location. 100000/10. Thank you Jacky and Naxi Suites staff for a perfect stay! We will be rushing back as soon as we can!

Stunning views everyday, in house everything was clean, we were hosted with something to eat for breakfast because we got late. Klaudia as a host is kind and responds within 10 minutes no matter what time it is. She is always there to answer any question and ready to give you the best advice of where to go and what to do. The neighborhood is quiet and filled with local people. Letojanni itself feels really safe and children friendly. Highly recommend 10/10. Already thinking about coming back!

Luisa war absolut zuvorkommend, die Wohnung ist wie ein kleines Häuschen. Wunderschön, die Lage ist super, selbst zum Strand läuft man ca. 25 Minuten. Wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs, in 3-5 Minuten ist man im Zentrum und kann sämtliche UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe-Stätten besuchen, Restaurants, Bars, Lebensmittel alles da. Es hat uns wunderbar gefallen. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, estremamente pulito, curato nei più piccoli particolari e dotato di tutto il necessario per una piacevole permanenza. Il bagno è di ampie dimensioni con un'eccezionale doccia, la sala/cucina è ben attrezzata e la camera da letto molto luminosa. Completa il tutto un piccolo giardino con area relax e dondolo con vista mare. Sebastiano e suo fratello si sono dimostrati più che ospitali, consentendoci il check in in tarda serata nonostante lo scarsissimo preavviso ed accogliendoci con una graditissima bottiglia di vino e dolci della zona; sempre pronti a fornite utili consigli e tutto il supporto richiesto. L'alloggio si trova in una zona molto tranquilla a pochi passi dal grazioso lungomare di Aci Trezza, in posizione strategica per visitare rinomate località: Etna, Taormina, gole di Alcantara a meno di un'ora di distanza

Un endroit superbe!! Les terrasses si bien aménagées ! Tranquille et près du petit village charmant! C’est un coup de cœur!! Joyau au cœur des montagnes, vue sur la mer et l’Etna en prime!!

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke på Villa Margherita. Vi var 10 personer fra 2 år til 68 år og koste oss sammen i det flotte huset, uteplassen og ved bassenget. Alle måltidene hadde vi ute ved den flotte uteplassen med mulighet for grilling. Vi brukte også kullgrillen i hagen og laget herlige kjøtt og fiskeretter. Svømmebassenget og området rundt var fantastisk og vi benyttet det hver dag. Hagen og utsikten er fantastisk og ga en egen ro. Natale som bodde i leiligheten over villaen var kjempehyggelig og han renset bassenget og hjalp oss om vi hadde noen spørsmål. Margherita var også veldig hjelpsom vedr. spørsmål før reisen og hun anbefalte en særdeles hyggelig kokk (Giovanni) som hadde matkurs for oss. Fantastisk flott opplevelse! Villaen ligger nydelig til for seg selv, litt tilbaketrukket fra Santa Teresa Di Riva. Det er en fordel å ha bil da det er et stykke å gå ned til byen. Vil anbefaler å besøke Savoca og Taormina. Anbefaler Villa Margherita på det varmeste og en stor takk til Natale

The best place to stay in Catania, literally by the seaside so many good breakfast places and there were not too many people. Percect for people who like to sunbathe go for a walk and prefer open spaces. Airbnb was clean and with so many accessories like spices, olive oil, some snacks, water and many more! Everything was just the way i expected it to be❤️ Thank you Dario and Gisella one more time! Definitely will consider this apartment when i will be coming back to Catania.

A characterful apartment that’s close to the main shopping/nighttime area of the town. It was a perfect home for our family for three nights and then hosts were very helpful and responsive. It’s a slight climb up some steps with the luggage not too far from the nearest parking.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce logement ! Les hôtes étaient tout simplement adorables, toujours prêts à rendre service et très accueillants. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le logement était propre, confortable et conforme à la description. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Unterkunft! Es war sehr sauber, der Garten mit viel Liebe gestaltet und der Pool ein Traum! Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto, aber dann steht Ausflügen zum Ätna oder an die Küste nichts mehr im Wege.

L'appartement était très propre et fonctionnel. En RDC près du centre ville donc assez bruyant, cela raisonne beaucoup mais vers 23h, les bruits s'estompent, nous n'avons pas été embêté pour dormir. L'accès en voiture de location à la rue peut surprendre car nous sommes arrivés par un quartier populaire. Cependant, ce n'est qu'un à priori, nous nous sommes garés dans la rue du logement, assez étroite, grâce au Pass ZTL réalisé par l'hôte, et la voiture y est resté 2 nuits sans soucis, les locaux maîtrisent plutôt bien leurs manœuvres. Très proche du centre ville pour visiter, emplacement idéal. Nous avons fait une excursion avec Etna Est pour visiter Gorges d'Alcantara, un tunnel de lave et l'Etna, c'était parfaitement organisé et le guide était genial. Attention aux resto attrapes touristes près de l'appartement, nous vous recommandons L'antica Pizzeria Da Michele mais à emporter car le resto est bruyant mais les pizzas bonnes. Merci pour le séjour, c'était très agréable.

The stay was short but I fell in love with Catania❤️Functional and cozy apartment. Close to everything, you don't have to rent a car to explore the city. If you rent a car, park it in the garage. A very successful stay despite the adventures. We could count on the host in every situation. I will definitely come back here;)
