Condo vacation rentals in Floresta

Het appartement is gemakkelijk te vinden en Alessandra stond ons op te wachten; parking in de buurt is betalend (lage kost) maar steeds beschikbaar. Communicatie over het app verloopt via haar broer (berichtjes), maar dit ging heel vlot en Jonathan is ook super vriendelijk. Ze geven tips voor restaurantjes, leuke plekken, wijnbars etc.. Het appartement is zoals op de foto’s werd beschreven, 5 grote propere ruimtes, met airco in de slaapruimtes. Prachtige plafonds met fresco’s. Goed bed, goeie kussens. Broodrooster, koffiezet met koffie aanwezig. Uitgeruste keuken. Douche én bad, prima onderhouden. Het appartement heeft een klein terrasje aan de achterzijde waar we konden ontbijten met 2. De omgeving van het app behoort niet tot de mooiste plekken van Sicilië maar dat trekt zich door naar Catania als stad op zichzelf (speciale geuren, graffiti overal, beetje ruig). Maar het app is in dit alles een oase van rust en een goeie uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen (bv. trip naar Etna)

Danke für die schöne Wohnung und Hilfsbereitschaft. Nicolosi ist ein kleines Bergdorf wo es zentral alles gibt. Sehr nette Menschen leben in diesem Ort. Es gibt viele Restaurant und schöne Cafes. Wir haben den Aufenthalt von 11x Tagen sehr genossen und geschätzt. Die schöne, riesige Terasse war fantastisch. Ich empfehle jedem diese Wohnung.

We loved this place! So authentic and beautiful! Responsive hosts that were much appreciated! Also, a great balcony not shown in the pictures and the view of the amphitheater from the lobby is so cool. Very walkable to things in the city. A comfortable and wonderful respite from busy Catania! SALVATORE incredibilmente presente, anche protettivo nei nostri confronti, nell’arco della settimana in cui abbiamo soggiornato ci ha chiesto più volte se avevamo bisogno di qualsiasi cosa o richieste da fare. Ci ha consigliato sui luoghi da visitare, dove mangiare e come muoversi. Veramente da consigliare , un super host, penso di ritornare a Catania e sicuramente chiederò se il suo alloggio sarà disponibile. Grazie, SALVATORE A presto

Daniela and Gianna are very friendly hosts and so helpful! The flat is beautiful and with a fantastic terrace that has a great view of Catania. It was an easy 10 min walk to the main cathedral and fish market. The bedrooms have high ceilings and are spacious with good AC. There are supermarkets and bakeries and a really good fruit and veg shop very close. Catania is a great city and super nice for children too.

If we are ever back in Catania, we hope to stay at Antonio’s place again! This is such a beautiful apartment, with incredible accommodation. Antonio’s place is in a prime location for exploring Catania and walking to everything. He gave us incredible local recommendations, was very communicative and helpful when we were arriving, proactively communicated with us and we felt so graciously hosted. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful space to stay in while being central to everything you might want to explore in Catania. And try Antonio’s restaurant and bar recommendations!

Cristina , una splendida host , che ci ha fatto trovare bibite fresche e prima colazione .Presente per chiedere se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa , la struttura ottimamente tenuta, in zona tranquilla , confortevole, comodo e rilassante anche spazio esterno in queste serate calde di estate. Location ottima per spostarsi con auto , con agevole parcheggio su pubblica via fuori dalla struttura .

Alessandro’s place was awesome, he though about very specific detail a traveller may need, the apartment really had EVERYTHING you may need and more, besides Alessandro was very responsive and attentive always, I’m grateful for staying with him and I would recommend his place! 🥰🥰🥰

Som alle andre besøgende har skrevet er udsigten perfekt, Maria er meget informerende og havde indkøbt forskellige madvarer. Eneste ting som jeg ikke synes at andre gæster nævner er at bygningen som lejligheden ligger i trænger til en stor istandsættelse.

We had a truly wonderful time at this apartment in Taormina. The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location couldn’t be better – just steps away from Porta Catania and Corso Umberto, making it super convenient to explore the town. You can also do a little trekking to Castelmola through the Saracen Path nearby. Our host, Lory, was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. She shared great recommendations for restaurants and shopping, which made our experience even more enjoyable. On our last day, she even helped us arrange an early morning taxi to the bus terminal – a gesture we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Taormina!

Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Ez a szállás fantasztikus! Pontosan olyan, mint a fotókon: cukin berendezve, a fürdő/WC makulátlan és kellemes illat volt az egész lakásban. Itt aztán tényleg otthon tudod érezni magad. A város központi részén van, így nagyon könnyen elérhető minden főbb látnivaló. Steffynek hála rugalmasan tudtunk érkezni és távozni is, ilyet eddig nem nagyon tapasztaltam máshol. Nagyon meg voltunk elégedve mindennel, ha visszajövünk Cataniába, biztosan Steffyt fogjuk választani megint! :)

Sistemazione consigliata per l’ottima posizione. Le foto corrispondono a quello che l’alloggio offre. Possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina in maniera gratuita nelle strade adiacenti all’appartamento. Host molto cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto a fornire le informazioni richieste in maniera tempestiva. Se dovessimo ritornare a Catania sceglieremmo sicuramente la stessa sistemazione!

Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, der den Süden Siziliens erkunden möchte. Die Unterkunft war ordentlich, sauber und schön. Die Kinder waren begeistert.

The 3 bed apartment was huge and great for 3 single travellers each to have a large comfy bedroom. It is in easy walking distance of the city centre. Nadia met us in person and gave us recommendations of where to eat. The local DP pizzeria was great. Recommend this apartment for staying in central Catania.

This is a very well supplied haven! Everything you could possibly need is here! Extra linens, towels, first aid, coffee, seasonings, and even laundry provisions. This place and people are outstanding! They were extremely helpful and eager to chat even though we had no common language. We loved our stay here! The only sadness was not enough time planned to enjoy the lovely patio.

Everything from the booking to check in and recommendations was great!!! But the best part was the view. 5 stars…we loved our stay and already want to return

We really enjoyed two bedroom apartment with clean bathrooms and kitchen! Francesco was very helpful with recommendations of the restaurants, shops and attractions . We had a beautiful balcony with sea view where we had breakfast every morning, great parking just next to the our building. We were able to walk to the downtown but it is not an easy walk. Francesco gave us instructions how to get to the public parking by the car and that was very helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay. Walking distance to the old town and cable car and bus stop. Mini market close but there are lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was wonderful - a piece of paradise - the smell of jasmine as you walk down the paths and trumpet vines full of flowers and the sound of birds. We had breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool and the coast and a view to Calabria. Spectacular view at any time of day.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung von Paola. Es war tatsächlich genauso schön wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Man wacht mit dem Meeresrauschen auf, die Sonne über dem Meer, es ist herrlich! Es gibt, wenn man bereit ist, etwas Auto zu fahren, viele Möglichkeiten für schöne Ausflüge, ein sehr schöner Sandstrand ist gerade mal fünf Minuten entfernt (Agnone Bagni). Die Menschen, die einem begegnen, sind sehr freundlich, das Essen köstlich, das Klima im Oktober perfekt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, man kann auch mal selbst kochen, wenn man mag. Paola ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, es gibt viele gute Tipps und Anregungen, sie ist jederzeit kontaktierbar. Auch Ketty, als Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sagen: Vielen Dank, es war wunderschön. Einziges (kleines) Manko: Der Pool lädt insgesamt nicht so sehr zum Baden und Spielen ein, er ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Merci Salvo pour ton accueil chaleureux! L'endroit est charmant au milieu des arbres fruitiers et très tranquille avec une belle vue sur l'Etna. On a adoré les jus d'orange frais pressés tous les matins et les croissants! On recommande fortement.
