Vacation rentals in Fiume Versilia

We had a great time. Franco welcomed us with such a friendliness and courtesy that we felt right at home. The apartment offers everything we could ask for. It’s not a luxurious place, but it’s made with love and personality. We would come back anytime and recommend this airbnb to everybody who doesn’t need bells and whistles, but a familiar atmosphere and a well designed apartment.

The renovated church was incredibly interesting and I was fascinated by its long history. The church is nestled within a tranquil olive grove which made it easy to relax and disconnect from the stressors of the big city. Roberto was absolutely incredible and I cannot give higher praise—he is truly the standard when it comes to hosts. He was attentive, responsive to any issues, and helpful to solve any difficulties that we had with travel arrangements. It’s easy to see why this property is in such high demand. It was my first time staying in Tuscany and Roberto’s church is already calling me back for another stay! Most highly recommended.

Nous avons bien logé dans le logement de Manuela. Nous n’avions pas de voiture, donc aller au supermarché prenait environ 10-15 minutes à pieds et pour aller à la plage, il suffisait de prendre un bus a pareil distance. Donc, ça se faisait relativement bien, mais c’est sure qu’avoir une voiture aurait aidé néanmoins! Très bien, on recommande!

Villa Lina was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The house was clean, had new and comfortable bedding, had plenty of space for our family, and the view was outstanding. The place is very private, high up on the hill, but with the instructions from our host we had no trouble finding it, even in the dark. The driveway is about 1/4 mile, steep, with parts of it gravel, and has several sharp turns, but we made it no problem with the small jeep we rented (without 4WD). Just take it slow. It is about a 15 minute drive back down to the town center of Lucca and the train station and 10 minutes to a grocery store. The back roads are very narrow until you get to a main road so use caution and we were lucky enough that others backed up for us when we met on the narrow spots. The view and seclusion were well worth the drive up for us. If you want an amazing view of the Tuscan countryside, but also a short drive to a neat town and a train station, Villa Lina is a great choice!

È stata un'ottima esperienza. La casa è deliziosa, accogliente e PULITISSIMA. Era presente tutto quello che di cui avremmo potuto avere bisogno. Nonostante sia un seminterrato i soffitti sono molto alti e danno respiro, lo spazio esterno è vivibilissmo e comodo. La statale vicino ha un rumore piu di sottofondo che di traffico che dall'interno della casa non si sente. La posizione è ottima, verso Forte dei Marmi, verso spiagge meno affollate e verso l'entroterra. La messa a disposizione delle bici è un servizio extra apprezzabilissimo. Iginia è stata accogliente e gentilissima, senza mai essere invedente, nonostante risieda nella casa adiacente. Volentieri ci torneremo, sicuramente lo consiglieremo! Grazie

The host was flexible with check in time which was amazing. Their home was very clean. The balconies are gorgeous and we enjoyed our morning coffee while relaxing on it. The best part was the bed. Full linens, comfortable pillows and soft, plump bed along with a duvet. Probably the best sleep I had while visiting Italy. I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area and will recommend same to my friends and family.

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

We had a lovely time in Montignoso! The house is beautiful, spacious, and surrounded by a gorgeous garden of flowers and fruit trees, it truly felt like we were a part of the Tuscan landscape.
