The area is served by restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a local health authority, and the OPA Heart Hospital (950 m). Equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a new bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a double 50" Smart TV, a washing machine, and a small heater. Pets allowed. Street-side parking. No smoking or parties. Order, cleanliness, and silence are required after 11:00 p.m.

Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

Apartment Nara is located in the heart of Pietrasanta, the little Athens of Versilia, in one of the few streets that is predominantly residential, and therefore quiet and private. 
 Located just 100 meters from Piazza Duomo, the apartment is very close to the city's main restaurants, shops, and art galleries. The sea and the Parco della Versiliana can be reached in a few minutes by bicycle.

The rooms, located on the second floor of a house from the 1700s, with a separate entrance, offer a wonderful view.
