Our lovely and cosy one-bedroom house is situated in a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood far from the traffic and 8 minutes walk to citycenter of Pietrasanta. The renovated property is equipped with every comfort, designed for a couple who wish to explore the town and surroundings, Two bikes are available free of charge. This is the perfect location as you can easily reach the beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi in 10 minutes (by car) and explore the rest of Tuscany.

Villa Marygrace is the upper floor of a villa located in Forte dei Marmi almost on the beach, in an easy 2 mins walk away. <br><br>The apartment has a private separate entrance and on the lower floor apartment lives the gentle owner Maria Grazia. <br>The house has a private fenced parking, Barbeque, garden with table and chairs + sofas for the exclusive use of the guests. <br>The Living room has tv with Sky Channels (movies in English), Wifi, fully equipped kitchen and terrace.<br><br>

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

Fully renovated and furnished 60 sqm apartment at the end of May 2018 in marine style. It consists of an open space living area, double bedroom and bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower with chromotherapy, second bathroom, large balcony and private garage. Located in a very quiet area and surrounded by greenery, it is 5/10 minutes on foot from the sea. Wifi, smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning, microwave, induction stove, phone, bicycles, etc.
