Relax with entire family at this peaceful home. Enjoy the privacy and the outdoors with kayaks, bikes, hot tub, boat dock and heated pool ; great views of the water, watch the fish do back flips! Play Billiards! Nice cul-de-sac with lots to see and do nearby! Short walk to great pizza. Town voted best in US, center is short drive with great restaurants & features great golf, parks with walking/bike paths, tennis, pickleball, playgrounds etc. Easy bike ride to Ponce de Leon Park for sunsets!!!

Expansive direct Harbor-front views across the street from Gilchrist Park Pickleball & Tennis in the heart Punta Gorda’s Downtown Historic District. Take the Harbor Walk to Fisherman’s Village, TT’s Tiki Hut Laishley Crab House, Sunseeker Resort, Farmer’s Market, Art Museum, Downtown Dining, & Shopping. This is by far the best location to stay in Punta Gorda, you will not be disappointed! This home can sleep up to 8 guests but no more than 6 adults comfortably.

It is only a 3-minute boat ride through the canal to open water and biking distance to Fisherman's Village and Downtown Punta Gorda. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 well-appointed bathrooms and a wonderful, open great room concept. Large patio and pool deck with heated pool. Enjoy the view of the canal as you sip your coffee in the morning.
