Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. Facilities: 1x double bed (160x200 cm), kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven and refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother, sufficient dishes and pans available.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Sleeping in the greenhouse means being very close to the plants. A good bed awaits you and a warm stove lets you comfortably enjoy the time you spend with us. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.

The apartment is located in a vacation home in a quiet location with a large garden directly above Lake Lucerne in historic central Switzerland and is close to the SwissHolidayPark leisure and spa complex in the Stoos ski and hiking area. The typical chalet-style apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and covered balcony. The vacation home is easily accessible by public transportation.
