Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

We had a fantastic stay - such a beautiful house and amazing garden. We hugely enjoyed playing tennis, ping pong, the swimming pool and beautiful walks in the local area. The house was characterful and homely as well as being immaculate and spacious. We would highly recommend this to everyone!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay, kids loved the swimming pool. Facilities fantastic and an extremely comfortable stay for all.

All previous reviews indicated a top class house in every respect and I can only reiterate those views. If I could have given a 6 star rating I would have done so. All generations (grandparents, parents and children) thoroughly enjoyed using all of the facilities provided from cooking, eating and drinking to the outside play area, the pool and the gym. Further the location was most agreeable, in easy reach of lots of beautiful countryside and interesting places to visit in South Gloucestershire. Helen-Louise’s communications were responsive, clear and most helpful. The perfect host!

We had a great stay at the barn, celebrating a big birthday. There were 6 adults staying and we were all extremely comfortable. Mike and Joan were very hospitable, generous and responsive. The barn is as fabulous as the photos suggest. The views are amazing. The pool is wonderful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We very much hope to return.

Great hosts - very responsive. The place looks just as pictured and was extremely clean, and was also easy to access the property. Would definitely recommend. Big driveway which fit multiple cars also which was very handy!

Such a gorgeous place to stay! Out of the way and nice and quiet, beautifully surrounded by flowers, what more could you ask for?!

Wonderful property, and Kelly is so helpful and responsive! The location is great, near enough to the ring road and motorway access for quick starts on sightseeing days, but also on a surprisingly peaceful and beautifully landscaped cul-de-sac that was quiet and friendly. Well furnished and uncluttered, the house had all the essentials and nice extras in the bath. The charging organizer in the sitting room was super convenient in this age of phones and tablets. Beds and bedding were comfy, towels were large and soft. We had a great stay and would absolutely book again!

Very clean and tidy accommodation, showers have very good water pressure which is important to me maybe not everyone. The house is neatly hidden on the outskirts of Bristol city with it only being a 10-15min drive to the centre prefect for a weekend away.

We had a fantastic experience at this property - the flat was easy to access and surprisingly private. The garden area was lovely for having breakfast outside in the great weather and we had everything we needed. This is a fantastic location with lots of lovely shops, cafes and places to eat right on the doorstep with very convenient public transport close by. Everything about our stay was perfect and we can't wait to stay again!

We visited as a group and had a great time at this home. It’s always a concern booking for others but this place was spotless, comfortable and in a great spot with great parking. Grant was really helpful and responsive. We all said we’d book again!

Great location in a quite neighborhood. We enjoyed the backyard. Loved the living space and the fact there were 2 washrooms.

Lovely cosy space. Hard to leave, :). But once I did venture down to the river there was so much to see and do there! Walking distance to lots of places like Clifton and the harbourside. The interior is very modern and clean.

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect, just 5 minutes to Cribbs Causeway and 15 to Cabot Circus, which made getting around so easy. The place was spotless, well decorated, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the games table for some fun in the evenings. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

This has to be the best place I've ever stayed. I didn't want to write such an honest review because it might always end up fully booked as I would love to come back. Literally worth every penny for our 5 month stay. Hosts have been great and helpful. Never had any issues, you also get farm eggs and get to see farm animals like ostriches, horses, peacocks, ducks, geese, chicken and cats. The place itself is big and comfortable, I definitely would've stayed longer if they had the availability. 100% recommended. Many thanks to St.Peters Farm!

What a beautiful house. All the rooms have been finished to a very high standard. Very clean and beds were very comfy. The kitchen area had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend it. I will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely stay in Samantha's beautiful house, everything was very clean and just wonderfully decorated. Samantha is a great host, she helped with all our questions and always responds super fast. We were also very happy with the flexible check in time and she gave us some great breakfast tips for the area. We would love to stay again if we come back to Bristol, thank you Samantha!
