Fantastic location and as described. Managed to get good parking space on the road could be an issue if you arrived at the wrong time. Cosy living space but large bedrooms and bathrooms. Bath was great but water not too hot. Will definitely be contemplating a return visit.

This is the second time we have stayed at Deborah’s place. The flat is very homely and in a perfect location. If we head back to Filey next year will 💯 be booking here again. Thank you Deborah

Great property in a good location, very good value for money! The host did a little welcome basket with some breakfast items in which was a lovely touch. Was very happy to meet the friendly tabby cat

The apartment was spotless and everything you need was in the apartment and it was a nice quiet place ,had a very relaxing break,perfectly located for the amenities and beach,and perfect as a base for visiting the area, communication with Lucy was first class and little hand written note on arrival was a very nice touch.
