Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

Open living with a downstairs WC. Two double bedrooms both with king size beds (one with en-suite). The 3rd bedroom has 2 x single beds. Free parking! 10 minute stroll to the amazing beach! Great on site facilities incl. pub, restaurant, pool, sauna, steam room. Shop and kids activities available.

The Lake View Lodge is located on the new Meadows development. It is pet friendly and has a country theme inside. We have a log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We also have Wi-Fi, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod. It’s a short walk to the beach. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage. The cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably with a King size bed in the master bedroom complete with a sea view. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is a perfectly formed family bathroom complete with a bath and overhead shower. A well appointed self catering kitchen opens onto the living/dining room again with a panoramic view of Filey Bay. A travel cot and high chair can be requested for the smallest of our guests.

There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests but this must be booked prior to stay, all bedding and towels are provided
