Ideal location for a break away. The flat, located in a quiet street, is spacious and comfortable. Just a short walk into the City with multiple restaurants, shops and bars, plus of course the stunning Abbey and its grounds. Live Music venues visited included PJ Molloys, Alhambra Theatre, etc. The small garden at the rear was an absolute delight and felt so peaceful with just the sound of birds tweeting in the evening. Bliss! The kitchen was very well equipped with all modern conveniences, including a full oven and hob, as well as a washing machine, digital kettle, and microwave. All stylish too. We loved staying there, and would very much like to return in future.

Lovely stay at Matt's place - especially loved the hot tub and the chickens! Matt was really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect spot for a peaceful solo seaside escape! Absolutely loved my 3 night stay and already looking forward to booking again. Although it’s a small space, it felt roomy, had loads of storage and was so well thought out with all the amenities you need. It was also very toasty. Would highly recommend!

Studio with lovely vibe The studio has an amazing vibe. The kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee machine with pods and dishwasher tablets, the bathroom helpfully had toiletries and the bed was extremely comfy. The flat is walking distance to the beach and the street has a number of restaurants and grocery shops. We’d definitely stay again!

I recently moved to Scotland with my 4 dogs and needed a place to stay while I figured out my permanent living situation. I booked for a 2-month stay. The location is everything I hoped it would be. You can see and hear the sea right outside your window. There are lots of really beautiful walks here in tiny West Weymss and the beach is right there. It's a short drive to a bigger town for shopping. it's about 30-40 minutes from Edinburgh Airport. Lynn has been the perfect host. She has been there whenever I had any questions or needed advise. She's absolutely wonderful. I'm really going to miss this spot when I move, but I feel very lucky to have found this place and to have been able to relax and unwind here.

Wish we had been able to stay an extra night in this little gem! Great location to everything and very comfortable, with rare off street parking.

We enjoyed our holiday the apt was in the street behind the harbour but still very quiet. Everything we needed in the apartment and more was there. A beautiful shared garden lovely to sit in with a glass of wine after being out all day. We were lucky to have sunshine every day and had beautiful walks along the coast. Highly recommended.

Shirley was a marvellous host - sharing info in good time prior to arrival & going out of her way to accommodate us arriving a little early. The flat itself was beyond expectations with a great layout & homely touches. Beautifully decorated & extremely comfortable with plenty of space. Light & clean with great windows overlooking the horse paddock & the views beyond. The beds were clean & comfy, a great shower in the bathroom & fab range in the kitchen where we enjoyed making meals each day. Our car sat nav originally led us the wrong way once we got to the village but Shirley’s description was spot on once we followed that. Freuchie is a small peaceful place & ideally located to go on day trips up the coast towards Crail & St Andrews or further up North past Perth up to Dunkeld. We enjoyed Falkland hill & going to the Pillars of Hercules organic farm shop & cafe nearby & would happily stay here again as it was a real home from home with fantastic features to make you feel relaxed.

Charming place, walkable to everything we wanted to do. Had an incredible time playing golf at Saint Andrews, and in surrounding towns, and this was a great place to call home for the week.

Amazing stay! The penthouse is in a posh, quiet area but close to shops and other amenities. Comfortable, great furnishings and a clean space. The balcony views are absolutely stunning — a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely few days there, shower was lovely, very compact living space but everything was there, great wee dishwasher, garden was a delight, although we were elsewhere mainly ! Parking could’ve been better but I knew we were parking on the street but a bit too tight for my liking ! Didn’t meet Asta which was a shame ! Overall very happy with our stay !

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in Peter’s place. We had everything we needed in a spacious, clean flat. The location is just yards from the harbour and is placed in between 2 local cafes at the top and bottom of the hill. Anstruther and Pittenweem are both a very short drive away or you can walk along the beautiful Fife Coastal walk to both.. We would definitely stay again.

Right on a small harbor and a great seaside walk. There is a small deck that made a great place to sit and relax at the end of the day. The apartment was spotless.

Gary’s place was great! The bed was super comfy and the back patio was so lovely to sit out at when the weather is nice. It was walkable to all the main attractions of St. Andrews and in a very nice spot of town. There was a lovely cafe next door as well! Gary was super responsive and helped us sort out one minor issue as soon as possible, so that was appreciated as well. Would definitely stay here again!

It was the perfect balance: a peaceful, quiet location to relax, yet Edinburgh was just a manageable distance away for day trips and exploring the city. This was an amazing stay! I wish we could have stayed there for weeks! My entire family was extremely comfortable and loved all the living spaces. Extremely clean and roomy! 2 Queens Terrace was a perfect apartment for our party of 8. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the location couldn't be beat as we could easily walk to a variety of restaurants or other popular St. Andrews sites. Mark and Jill were wonderful hosts. They've thought of many extra amenities by providing a few essentials in the fridge, some snacks & drinks, and things like charging cords and fans in each bedroom. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting St. Andrews.

Responsive host, dealt with our changing of expected arrival time without problems, quite flexible. When we arrive there was jam, butter, bread and milk for us which is very nice and kind. Comfortable beds. Clean. Friendly.

The apartment was just perfect for our needs. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and the views out of the kitchen.lounge and bedroom to die for. It was well appointed, clean and well equipped within walking distance of shops and harbour. The parking place was a bonus too. We explored the East Neuk and no place was too far. It was quiet and we loved it. Kirsten and Derek were perfect hosts communication was excellent would not hesitate to rent again. ,
