Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Our house is located in the center of Hochfilzen. A great starting point for hiking, cycling or mountain biking tours in summer. In winter, the Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm ski resort for alpine skiing is only 5 minutes away by car. Cross-country ski trails are 5 minutes walking distance. Bus stop, train station is in the immediate vicinity. Tourist tax €2.80 per person per night extra to be paid in cash upon arrival. From November 2025 it will be increased to €3.90.

Very nice apartment for 3 to 5 persons In a quiet location in the district of Rosenegg, with a beautiful view to the surrounding mountains. In the immediate vicinity (2 minutes) are bus stop (ski bus), shops, bakery, pharmacy, doctor's center, bank, cafe and restaurant. Entry to running trail, winter hiking trail and toboggan run about 400m away. Foreign languages: English, Italian, and a little Spanish

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
